Placed an urgent order last Friday, and it says orders placed before 6pm are dispatched the same day. 4 days later and my parcel has not been dispatched, so I call their customer service helpline which says the helpline is not manned?!?! Also emailed them with no response. Your service is misleading and below par. Please cancel my order 61261049 and i'll buy elsewhere.

I ordered four Epson ink cartridges; all at a very good price, using their free postage option. Placed the order on Sunday and they arrived by DHL on Tuesday.

Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered a product, still processing 4 days later. Called to confirm stock, took 35 minutes to get through. I was advised by the csr that "due to covid etc", "delays" and I should have seen the information on the website/invoice about delays. I can find no information on any correspondence or through out the ordering process on the website regarding possible delays. I can however, find large amounts of information about next day delivery, yet nothing about a requirement to acknowledge poor service. A lying customer service representative is indicative of the company itself.

I will not use this company again, it seems more like a scam than a legitimate business.

Have been on hold for 20mins for the fourth time this morning and still no answer. After a while, their system will drop your call. Ordered a product for next day delivery 3 days ago and have still not received the product.

Requested tracking details and was advised it was despatched, no courier name or tracking number provided. Have requested information again and have not had any response.

Am cancelling the transaction with the credit card company as fraud!

Terrible! We ordered water through the company and are promised next day delivery. The first time we ordered, it came in two separate deliveries. The second time we ordered, we received only two boxes out of the five and they were both packed differently and also delivered separately which was weird. We then just didn't receive the other 3 so we chased them up 3 times and no help. We didn't hear anything so we called up and requested a refund. No apology and no care. We will be ordering from elsewhere.

Placed an order for 8 key cabinets, can't get a response online via email and nobody answers the phone. Need an answer asap as you're costing us an order.

First-time customer. Site fell over whilst ordering, so managed to create 2 orders instead of 1. When products were delivered, 2 of them were the wrong product, despite order clearly showing the correct ones. Called and held on for 20 minutes listening to awful music but to no avail... didn't get to speak to a human. Sent an email instead, in vain hope it gets an answer. Lousy first impression! Yes I know it's Covid-19 time and all that - but I see companies every day providing miles better service than this.

Bought a fan online, was a fair price and did get delivered next day as advertised by UPS courier.

No problems, would use again in future.
