We couldn't find the Armagnac of the special year required in Australia. Old Liquors had it and dispensed in a timely manner.

Deze meneer start een bedrijf met andermans geld, zegt failliet te zijn en verkoopt zijn producten aan wie het maar wil. Oplichter eerste klas.
Niet mee in zee gaan, je komt bedrogen uit.

Took money... never sent bottle
Bought a bottle of port for a special occasion on May 26, 2022. Total cost was over $400. The bottle was never shipped. I emailed multiple times but didn't get a response. By mid June I emailed threatening to dispute the charges. The owner emailed me back stating the bottle would ship by the second week of July.
As of July 28, 2022 the bottle has not yet shipped and the company is not responding to emails or answering the phone.

Unable to reach customer service for update and refund after more than two months. Local “retailer” says they have no idea who they are. Very possibly a scam site.

Sorry to see your review. We take great pride in our service that's why the instant you reported being unhappy with your purchase we have offered to take the bottle back. We agreed to have a courier collect the bottle at your home at our expense and to fully refund the purchase price and shipping costs. Both have happened meanwhile. We regret that this product was not what you expected, especially since we photograph all bottles individually before we post them online to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. We also send photographs of the packaging process of each individual bottle, and the complete box before shipping. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment.
