Had a pretty good experience at the North Charleston SC location last weekend. Food and service was great.

Yesterday we my wife & I called in an order at the Stillwater, OK Olive Garden, which we have done often.
One hour and 20 minutes later we went inside to get the order. They said they were waiting on bread sticks. I grew up in a restaurant, my dad always said you can have an excuse for high prices, a bad meal occasionally, but never have bad service. At this time, I don't know if we will ever go back. Shitty service no excuse.

I had seen how the managers treat their servers and I don’t really appreciate that, not coming back to a place where managers are not being trained to treat their own people correctly with respect and compassion this is a horrible place to be around to

I would give zero stars if I could! The only thing worth eating is the soup and salad. The previous try was spaghetti that had hardly any sauce and was cold. Tonight was a steak that was raw, as in purple, and sticky dry noodles. It used to be a pretty decent restaurant, but not anymore. From now on, if at all, soup and salad is all I would trust to eat.

My husband and I have been eating at OG, close to forty years now and we’ve always left feeling satisfied up until today in Rock Hill, SC! The salad was absolutely disgusting! Several, and I mean SEVERAL pieces of lettuce had different shades of rotting brown, and even more pieces that were dark green, almost black with a wet soft texture!
Anyway, we were trying to eat it, while picking out all the pieces we were afraid might make us sick, but then decided to actually ask for another fresh salad. The waitress was nice about it and brought us another one, but we didn’t feel much better about the second one either.
After paying on-line with their electronic table device. I was ask to do a survey. While rating them with 2 stars outta five, the manager came over and ask us how we liked our meal. We proceeded to let him know about the salad and he talked like he was very familiar with this complaint, said they were going to get a new buyer, and next time we came in we’d have a fresh new salad and that was basically it. Talk about unprofessional!
Another thing … Their bathrooms had a terribly smelled, like they weren’t cleaned very often! Needless to say … It’ll be a very long time before we return to that location!

Absolutely terrible food and service. After more than a 2 hour wait the service was horrible as it took 30 minute after being seated for our drinks and salads to be brought. Server complained to us that she has too many beverages to bring and would need to make three trips to our table. Server never offered refills of drinks, salad or breadstick. The food was overpriced for what was provided, cold and small portions. Does not hold a candle to the old Olive Garden here in Canada.

Something drastically changed in their food. I ended up with diarrhea
before I walked out the door, which lasted for 3 days. And canker sores in my mouth, which I'm still trying to get rid of.

Olive Garden was one of my favorite places to eat! When I go there, I always eat the Salad, Bread Sticks and Chicken Scampi. But this has never happened before. Something changed this time. It was food poisoning or they added a new ingredient to their food. Either way it wasn't a good experience! I'll never go back there again!

Horrible! What happened to this place? I ordered out this time. It took 2 hours. The fettuccine was freezing cold. The salad was ALL onions. I tried th reach out to their driver, no response. I tried to reach Olive Garden for help. There was no app help to complain. No way to get a refund. Even the breadsticks were cold, tasteless, hard, stale. I can get the smell of onions out of my home. The salad was literally all onions. The bit of lettuce and tomatoes even tasted like onions.

Olive Garden Greenville, NC - Wait time from order to receiving food was long but doable. I ordered extra scampi sauce when I ordered and it came out 20 minutes after my meal was served. By then, my meal was cold and not edible. I just boxed it up and brought it home. Third time having issues at this restaurant. From now on, will eat at a local establishment

My sons took my wife, their mother, to dinner at our local Olive Garden for her birthday. It is a restaurant that we frequent and in fact my one son’s wife worked at this particular site for some time. The seating and the service were great. The food however was probably some of the worse I have ever had. My sons and my wife have the never ending pasta special and I ordered the Tour. My elder son’s wife, who is pregnant, did not eat the salad, which I thought was the normal good fresh salad. Instead she had the minestrone soup. My Tour of Italy was poor to say the least. The veal was dry and sadly overcooked as was the pasta. The lasagna was not fresh and moist, and really lacked taste. The worst was reported by several family members that had some reactions from their dinner when that got home. I won’t go into specific details. I understand restaurants can have off nights but this is one birthday dinner my wife will never forget. A sad experience to say the least. This is a very popular restaurant. This type of event should not happen. Not sure what to say at this point but a very poor review was warranted.

I have ordered the Steak Gorgonzola for years, this is the first time I noticed that the steak was fake meat, it was like eating silicone, I had to throw it out, I will never go back to there again. The more customers they lose the more they might rethink the fake meat crap!

El servicio del mesero fue excelente, el pan con la salsa de la casa riquísimo, al igual que el fetuccini con salmón, pero el sabor de la pizza(tradicional de queso) de niños que se pidió para mi niño pequeño le damos un 0/10, un sabor pésimo y poco atractivo, todos los comensales(3) tuvimos la misma opinión, comenzando con mi niño que fue quien la pidió, expresó la pizza tenía un mal sabor, así lo secundó mi hijo mayor cuando la probó, y posterior esta servidora que tuvo curiosidad en confirmar lo que ya habían expresado los chicos. Se le dejó saber al mesero, aún así se le pagó por la pizza $8.99 + ivu, aunque no se degustó, y se le ofreció la propina de 20% al mesero, aún habiendo expresado que no se le ofreciera por el inconveniente. Mis hijos terminaron yéndose del restaurante y esta servidora fue que permaneció degustando el plato que había pedido.

I don’t know if it was because it was a holiday but it took them over an hour an a half to bring us our dinner a lot longer then non holiday days. Plus my aunt ordered something she didn’t like

Long wait times, poor service, atmosphere was loud and felt more like being in a cafeteria than a popular restaurant, Food was salty and bland but hot. Felt rushed to order and eat. Do not recommend.

We eat at Olive Garden about once every month. Today is the first time I've ever been disappointed. I normally get the luncheon size spaghetti with marinara sauce and really like it. Today the sauce consisted of nothing but huge chunks of tomatoes. I did not like it. I want a red sauce not just tomato chunks. Now, I'm afraid to ever order it again. RSM

I had lunch at store 1506, 7515 Rogers Ave, Fort Smith, AR. The table was barely cleaned off, no display what so ever. I only ordered soup and salad, the soup was bad, got sick. My daughter enjoyed her entry. I was very disappointed, will not eat there again. Check No: 60005, table: 31. The server was fine.

So yesterday was my birthday 🎂, we had the best time at Olive garden. The food was great, but best of all our waiter James was the best ever. He was prompt and busy too. But man he was great. Thank you James. The best waiter ever. We love ya. ❤️ 😘❤️. Great job. 💕🥳

On August 21st 2026, we made a reservation for 615 for 13 people at the sunrise boulevard location in Sacramento, California. When we arrived, we were seated, and we didn't receive water or breadsticks on our table until 45 minutes later, we all ordered our food, we waited over an hour and a 1/2 to even receive our food. We, for my meal specifically. I ordered a meal with the never-ending soup. I received one bowl of soup. The whole time we were there a lot of us were lucky to receive salads and maybe one refill of breadsticks. There were 13 of us and our server had no idea that she would be waiting on us. She was blindsided by her manager. I don't know how they treat their customers so badly. But to treat their employees even worse, to not give her a heads up that there was a party of 13 coming in. She had no idea, she was not prepared. She did a great job, by the way, she did it the best that she could. They offered nobody to come and help her. They offered her no relief from other tables. She was previously waiting on before we arrived. The poor girl we felt really bad for her. And just the whole way that we were treated on my granddaughter. 17th birthday was horrible. We live Olive Garden but to have a slogan that says when you're here you're family is a huge misinterpretation of how we were treated. Not to mention, other servers are rolling their eyes at us and giving us dirty looks. While the other girl struggled alone to serve us all. It was just horrible, and I can't believe they treated their employee that way. Well, like I said, we love olive garden, but we will probably not be visiting any more. It's really sad.

Great job Meghan, kitchen messed up on service and she made sure it was coreected also my drink at the bar I did not like and it was quickly corrected. Great customer service Meghan, leadership service! The waitress next Ansley was great too since they both had a limited space to work with to serve their tables.
