Fraud Concern: Why Is OneAssist Hiding the PCB Details?
Complaint No: 112399
I purchased an insurance plan to protect my TV and ensure quality repairs when needed—not to receive a device back with a different configuration and unanswered questions.
After repeated follow-ups and a phone discussion with the team regarding Complaint No.112399. I was simply told that a "genuine PCB" had been installed. However, the invoice does not mention the PCB model number, part number, or compatibility details. More importantly, the repaired TV does not match its original configuration.
If I had to accept any available PCB and a modified setup, what exactly was the value of paying for an insurance plan? I could have opted for a local repair at a fraction of the cost.
Customers pay for assurance, transparency, and restoration to original standards—not for uncertainty and compromises. I am giving OneAssist a final 48 hours to provide a satisfactory resolution. Failing that, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint before the Consumer Commission.

Very bad experience with your mobile insurance service. Your customer care executives do not respond properly and do not talk professionally. After submitting my mobile for insurance claim, they returned it without solving the issue. First they said it would take 10–15 working days, but after that they started giving excuses like physical damage and warranty issues. Completely disappointed with the service. I will never recommend this insurance company to anyone.
Fraud company.... it's a trap!!
I had a very bad experience with them. Its a long story which I am also fighting legally in consumer court however I recommend you not to fall in trap and lose your hard earned money. I promise you that your local guy with provide a much better service then these people.

Worst service ever
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delay and poor handling of my recent service request for AC gas refilling under your AMC service.
It has been over a week since I reported that my AC is not functioning due to a gas leakage issue. An executive visited our premises 3–4 days ago and confirmed the problem. We were informed that the required proof (photos/video) had been captured and submitted for approval.
However, today we were informed that the earlier submission was not done properly, and a fresh visit is required to capture the same evidence again for approval. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I should not have to suffer due to internal inefficiencies or errors made by your service personnel.
We have already been waiting for more than a week without a working AC, and now this unnecessary repetition will further delay the resolution. This is unacceptable, especially given the urgency of such issues.
I request you to:
Expedite the approval process without further delays.
Ensure that this issue is resolved on priority.
Take appropriate action to prevent such lapses in service in the future.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear timeline for resolution.

My experience with OneAssist has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I purchased a mobile insurance policy for my OnePlus Nord 5, and the entire sales process felt like a pushy, one-sided pitch. The agent was very eager to close the sale but conveniently failed to disclose critical terms such as:
* No cancellation allowed
* No refund for unused period
* No option to transfer the policy
These are not minor details—they directly impact the value of the product. Not informing customers about this at the time of sale is nothing short of "mis-selling".
Now when I contacted their support, instead of acknowledging the issue, they simply hid behind “you should have read the terms and conditions.” That response clearly shows "zero accountability and poor customer ethics".
Let’s be honest—if companies rely on customers discovering major restrictions only after purchase, that’s not transparency, that’s "deliberate omission".
There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no flexibility, and no customer-first approach. Just a rigid, dismissive response.
I would strongly warn others: do not trust the sales pitch. Read everything yourself or avoid altogether.
This has been a complete waste of money and a very poor customer experience.

Terrible, ineffective customer support and the plan itself. Don't take any of their plans on Flipkart, you won't get any benefit. And even if you are liable for settlement from last 12 days thier pathetic app is not able to update my bank details still let alone giving me settlement amount. I have mailed them like 100 times, talked to support people but no resolution.

This is in regards to my cracked screen due to an accident that happened oneasssit has closed my case saying negligence what is negligent and accident do you know the difference between both and how do you know its negligence when I as a customer who paid for the services that you offer and right now has to go through these things being rejected. Why would a person Break thier own tv which is just 18 months old and working fine accidents happen at any time its not deliberately done. If this case is not resolved I would be going to the consumer court for the fraud that you people are doing everywhere your reviews are worst and how claims are being rejected just like that if that is the case refund the money which I paid you ppl or repair my tv which you people have promised and I have validity until 3 years for this scam to end sr id 65762978 all these good reviews here is from thier own internal team or know person working there dont belive the scam they sell

My experience with OneAssist has been absolutely terrible. This company operates with zero transparency and highly misleading practices.
There was no clear communication about what services are included. I was just told to download the app and follow vague steps. When the technician arrived, I was suddenly asked to pay extra for AC servicing—even after having a 3-year protection plan. This feels like a complete bait-and-switch.
Customer service is even worse. The representative I spoke to was rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, he raised his voice and handled the situation very poorly. This is not how a legitimate company should treat its customers.
What’s shocking is that for 3 years, there was no follow-up from their side. But the moment I requested service, they started quoting hidden terms and conditions. This clearly shows how they operate—take money first, deny service later.
At this point, I expect a refund of the amount I paid for the service, or reimbursement for the AC servicing I had to get done myself.
To anyone reading this: do NOT trust this company. Be very careful before taking their services—they will mislead you and waste your money.
OneAssist: A Complete Scam, Do Not Trust Them!
OneAssist is an absolute scam. I bought the extended warranty for my Titan Smartwatch (3|1.96" AMOLED Display | SingleSync BT Calling | Fast Charging | 110+ Sports) expecting some peace of mind, but what I got was total frustration. They rejected my claim with the most baseless, nonsensical excuses and refuse to even let me speak to anyone who could help. It’s a complete joke. They’ve built an entire system just to avoid paying claims, and the customer service is a disaster. This is nothing but a money grab. They steal your hard-earned cash for a warranty, then flat-out refuse to honor it when you need it most. OneAssist is a disgrace, and their team is a bunch of fraudulent crooks.

Pathetic from oneassist. They just find a way to reject the claim with a valid and illogical reason. There is no mechanism to escalate the issue nor do they let us speak. It's just one sided. Completely unprofessional and fraudulent. I have heard many negative reviews about them earlier and now I have experienced it myself. They just steal the customer's money in the form of extended warranty but make sure that no claim is honoured citing lame excuses and reasons. Shame on you oneassist and your useless team. You guys are a bunch of fraudsters
