Coffee table
Saw an advert for only oak furniture on Facebook was a little apprehensive about ordering but shouldn’t have worried. Everything ran so smooth from ordering to delivery. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Terrible customer service
I have just rung the main line to ask a few questions and put in a £600 order. However, spoke to Ben who was the most unhelpful person I think I have ever spoken to. He was not able to offer me any help apart from offering to get someone to ring me back as the dispatch team line were not open. I asked when they would be open and he didn't know. I asked several more questions which he had no ability to answer. I became so frustrated I said the item I wanted was available on other sites and would go to them. His reply was that is great thank you good bye and put the phone down. I have just rung a competitor that was selling the same item for over £100 less. I Spoke to a very helpful person who answered all of my questions immediately. Told me how to get the best deal and stressed that I should ring her back if needed. What a difference in service.

As we are a small family run company we have only a few people on the phones. When these are busy we have a system in place for someone to take a message and pass this to us. These people unfortunately do not have a great deal of information. However you would always be called back by a member of our sales/customer service team.
We aim to provide excellent customer service, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.

Large Blue Ryedale sideboard
Really pleased with the Blue Ryedale sideboard. Excellent quality and a substantial and very heavy piece of furniture which looks perfect and gives lots of storage.
The only reason for 4 stars was that the delivery you pay for only included bringing it in to the house. Not unpacking or then lifting it into the space. Its huge and heavy and we couldn’t do it wiihout help! The delivery men were very respectful and explained well but seriously how on earth do you expect elderly people to move it.

We phoned the company seeking information about our order. The response was friendly, helpful and efficient. As promised, we were kept informed about any developments. We now have our table and chairs and are very pleased with them. We previously took delivery of 2 other items and would not hesitate to use this company again.

The 2 men who delivered our our furniture…
The 2 men who delivered our furniture were respectful to us and our property and placed the furniture in the designated area of the room and explained what we had to do with regarding the handles etc. We were a bit disappointed with that as we assumed that was part of the money we paid etc for, perhaps we were wrong with that. Hence 4 stars.

Harwell Oak Filing Cabinet

Oak bedside tables
The delivery was delayed due to an address in the Highlands of Scotland. We live just a few miles outside Inverness , not on an island and couriers were hard to obtain.
Thanks to the company they sent the order by Parcel Force after I contacted them. Delighted with the products and great service from Only Oak Furniture and Parcel Force.

Was a little unsure about ordering a large amount of furniture online without seeing the items! But to be fair I had no need to worry the service, the dispatch and delivery, plus more importantly the furniture was top quality no regrets. Highly recommend.

Customer service has been very good, but product not of good quality
I bought the Isabelle Super King bed but unfortunately have had so many problems with it breaking, bits splitting or creaking that it was assessed as beyond repair. This is a product that the company just get directly from a supplier - so the quality issue is not directly with them, although they are of course selling it. That said, Claire at customer service has been very responsive and helpful with organising repairs and now a full refund.
