Excellent piece of furniture
Excellent piece of furniture - 3 shelf small oak bookcase. Extremely well wrapped and protected on delivery. Short of two pins to hold a shelf up, but contacted and resolved and posted out when next available. Great service

Great quality furniture at a fair price
We had to wait for our sideboard as it was out of stock when we placed our order. However, I'm pleased to say it arrived yesterday and it was well worth waiting for. The unit is of good quality and definitely value for money. It was delivered by two very friendly and efficient guys who took great care during the process.
Thank you everyone at Only Oak Furniture, I would not hesitate to buy from you again.

Good quality furniture
We bought an oak shoe cupboard from Only Oak Furniture.
It was packaged so well to avoid any damage in transit and is a good quality little cupboard.
The delivery company they use were brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Long wait time for delivery
Long wait time for delivery. Item is a month delayed and no practice updates so I have to chase. Very frustrating as this sideboard was ordered in early April and now it’s nearly July.

Absolutely amazed at the quality of the coffee table. Excellent price, looks stunning and exactly what we had hoped for. Delivery was very good - online tracking and updates on delivery time was helpful. Would happily recommend OnlyOakFurniture to anyone looking for a quality product.

the table was well packaged and very well delivered. Constructing was straight forward, I needed help lifting it, tables are heavy. The structure is sound so no more wobbly legs under our meal!!

I liked the product not how it was delivered for self assembly.
I liked the product, a kitchen island and the price looked good.
Did not like paying extra for a “Premium” 2 man delivery that wasn’t premium in any shape or form. They merely left the island and worktop, in their packaging, in the kitchen. We believed we were having the item put together. To see the two men dragging the worktop across our newly tiled floor on a blanket was not worth the additional £30. We could have done that ourselves. We were also not able to inspect the items for any damage or missing parts.
Two weeks later with everything now almost unpacked, my wife and I are still unable to use the island as we are not physically able to lift the work top on to the base as it is so heavy. We are also still unable to view the worktop for damage. We will now have to pay people to fit the worktop, making the unit, not the reasonablely priced purchase we thought it was.

We understand your frustration about not being able to inspect the items for damage or missing parts and the difficulty you’ve encountered with assembling the island. Unfortunately assembly is currently not something we offer as advised under the 2 man delivery service.
We hope you manage to get the island ready for use soon and enjoy it for years to come.
