I have used two Optima storage facilities for when I have had building projects on and both have been excellent.

It’s been great for storing tools and materials and appliances.

I can recommend the Peterborough and Corby self storage sites.

I was kicked out of the chat for asking about their prices.
Be careful there are hidden costs! Their prices are not monthly, they are for 4 weeks !!!!
When I asked what happens after 4 weeks (if the prices change or not) they simply closed the chat.
I will not use them ever

Best Storage in the area. Recommend it 100%. The storage is opened 24 hours, easy access and big space to keep your stuff

No water or condensation. Well ventilated, clean and new unit. Good customer service at front and end. Access always worked without issue.

Easy to set up, storage was ideal and communication was excellent. Access is 24/7 which means no prior arranging when needing to get in. Highly recommended.

We were recommended to this storage facility - having never used storage before it was a bit of an unknown. We text the number on the info outside after driving to look, and had a prompt reply from Alex who arranged for us to have a ‘viewing’ of the inside as we were going to be putting furniture and clothes in so wanted it to be secure as well as dry. The viewing was arranged remotely and we signed up to secure it prior to our house move. Alex was very responsive, easy to deal with - on the one occasion the fob didn’t work, we rang and she gave us a code to access the gate. No issues at all and would recommend if you need storage.

We used the Stamford site whilst moving house and everything was perfect. It felt very secure and easy access whenever we wanted.

I've used the Melton Mowbray site for the last year during a house move. Excellent service, the whole process was very straight forward. The site has always been clean and the containers spotless too! Very convenient and secure gated access, a very easy 5 stars to give!

Not only was Alex incredibly helpful regarding their storage solutions, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Her friendly manner and willingness to assist in anyway made the entire process comfortable and stress free.

The facility itself was immaculate and well maintained, providing a secure and convenient environment for storing my belongings. The access hours were flexible, allowing me to retrieve items whenever necessary without any hassle.

Overall, my experience with Optima Self Store and working with Alex was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage solutions in the Newark area and beyond. Kudos to the team for delivering such exceptional service!

Had our storage container for a few years and never encountered any problems. The site in Melton was easily accessible at all times. If there was going to be an issue in accessing the site Ootima would always let us know in advance. Good clean and dry container. Would use again.

I sold my house with no other property to go to.
I used Optima to store my belongings.
My container was super clean and dry.
Alex my point of contact was very helpful , she set the app up on my phone so I could access the pound .
She kept me updated with any changes to insurance or access to the site, maintenance etc, my belongings where in storage for over a year .
I can highly recommend and would use again if needed .

Had setbacks moving from North Wales to Melton Mowbray but Alex at Optima Self Store was very helpful and professional, making the process easy, even making time to meet my son to check the unit before final decision. The storage unit located in secure area, clean, well ventilated and unlimited access very useful. Highly recommend if you need storage.

Excellent storage facility, secure, dry and the service from Alex has always been friendly and prompt.

Managed to get 2 bedroom house contents into a virtually new, clean and dry unit, with room to spare. Reassuringly secure site at Melton with very easy access for large vehicle. Good value - particularly with 50% discount for first month!

Great value; really simple and easy to use. The container was clean and easily accessible 24/7. No fuss getting or returning the keys. Alex was very helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

The process from enquiry to acquiring keys to storage unit was quick and efficient. Along with effective knowledge transfer, the units were clean, dry and odour free. Location was ideal with perimeter lighting, 24 hour fob access and plenty of hard standing around unit for vehicular access.

Great storage, great and speedy service.
Is going up in cost which is making it increasingly high price vs. competitors.
