Optima Self Store Opiniões

Outstanding service and facilities from start to finish. Site is very secure with excellent 24/7 access. Container was spotlessly clean and obviously very spacious. Communication with Alex was easy, swift and always helpful, thank you Alex.

I’ve had a small unit and a large unit with Optima Storage and had no hesitation returning with my business.
Excellent customer service, simple transactions and peace of mind knowing that my stuff is secure.
I’d highly recommend this business to anyone in need of safe storage.

Quick, clean, professional and convenient. I would definitely use them again

Absolutely spot on service from Alex. Helpful from day one to the day I had to hand the container back. Containers were really good quality and none of the items I had stored there suffered. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I didn't use Optima in the end as I managed to move house in one chain after all. Before this, when I didn't know what would be happening and it was all a bit stressful, the person I spoke with at Stamford was very flexible, kind and helpful.

Really helpful. Clean and good condition container, straightforward 24-hour entry system to secure site. Would highly recommend.

Needed to rent storage. Agent was there at agreed time, nice clean unit, explained the locking and access processes, signed the paperwork and all done in 10 minutes.

Needed to store my home belongs urgently and Optima Self Storage in Stamford was perfect, as it was right next o my work place and very suitable and easy to use. Communication was excellent and was a very safe place to store my belongs for a few months. Deposit paid back immediately , extremely happy with them and would recommend very highly. 10/10

Great service from start to finish. The unit was perfect, easy access whenever I needed it and very secure.
Alex met me there initially to go through the process which was brilliant and very friendly.
I cancelled my unit last night as I had finally emptied it of my house stuff. I notified Alex and she advised me where to leave the key. Deposit and remaining months money returned and in the bank within 2 hours.
Thanks for a most pleasant service.

Excellent storage, efficient service. Alex was very helpful. The storage unit was clean, dry and secure. Would definitely recommend!

We needed storage for my daughter's belongings during the final month of her new home completion. Optima provided a very reasonably priced offer for a 20ft container. The container was very clean with no access restriction for the high sided removal truck to maneuver on moving day. A secure locking mechanism ensure piece of mind. Access is 24/7 via a mobile phone. To add to security access to the small trading estate after hours is via a locked gate (code provided). I would highly recommend Optima.

Excellent, efficient service. Couldn't have been more helpful. Clean, dry. secure storage. Would definitely recommend.
Thanks for looking after us and our possessions.

friendly, helpful and extremely efficient service
well presented and fresh facility

can't find fault!

A very quick response for price and availability was followed up on my acceptance for a storage unit at Melton Mowbray. The unit was demonstrated to me by Alex, I have today moved my items onto site without any problems and am very satisfied, thank you.

We needed dry and secure storage at short notice and Optima came through for us the container was on a secure site it was clean and dry inside the container we were also provided with a secure lock for the doors! When we left we informed them we had emptied and swept out the container and put the key into the returns box, they returned our deposit within a couple of hours! Highly recommend Optima Storage!

These are the best most secure and high quality containers, which are situated in a good location and well organised.
They are a little more expensive than other companies, but my saying is " quality pays- cheapness only delays ".
Finally I am very security conscious and peace of mind is no 1 for me.

Great storage all new containers secure and clean, used them for 1 month while moving home and must say great service and polite worker, a must place to store in the Peterborough area

I needed a local storage unit (Peterborough) to store my house contents whilst in between moving from one house to another.

Alex was great to deal with, excellent communication, customer service and really adaptable when I needed to extend the time I needed storage for.

Great price for a quality unit in a secure compound. Loved that I had access to my unit at any time.

Would recommend without hesitation.

Efficient organised company competitive rates friendly staff and very easy access to the site.
Had a unit for 18 months very pleased with storage facility would recommend
