I needed text messaging added to my existing number. I called Opus VO and got Samantha on the phone, and she was very kind, polite and knew exactly how to help me. I have been a loyal customer with Opus Virtual Offices for over five years, and this recent experience truly reinforced why I continue to trust their services.
Recently, I encountered a mail delivery issue at the Hammond, Louisiana location. From the moment I reported the problem, Maglen Vadillo, Quality Assurance Manager, immediately took ownership of the situation. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication were outstanding.
Maglen and her team promptly addressed the issue, removed the problematic location, and per my request, ensured my businesses were relocated back to my previous Baton Rouge location without any disruption. She kept me informed every step of the way and even extended a courtesy credit for the inconvenience, which speaks volumes about Opus’s commitment to its clients.

I’d give opus virtual 4 out of 5 stars. My experience has been solid overall professional setup, reliable service, and a smooth onboarding process. There’s a little room for improvement in certain areas like interface or response time, but overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a dependable virtual office provider.
