It's so refreshing to deal with a company where the customer service is first priority. It's easy to speak with a customer service rep and all issues were dealt with quickly. Top service- thanks Jenna and Liz. Highly recommended. Great products too.

Items ordered are of great quality.
However we can not offer 5 stars due to DPD's incompetence when delivering. The day we were told it would arrive, we both waited in, we then got a message saying 'sorry we missed you'. We have cameras and no one even attempted to deliver our parcel. The next day I was back at work but hubby was working from home, We received a message saying they had rearranged delivery as per our instructions. We had not asked for the delivery to be changed. the next day after I made a complaint to DPD, and our parcel was delivered the following day but the box was opened and damaged. Luckily the equipment inside was all there and in good condition.
The equipment we ordered is great and good quality so thank you. Unfortunately the delivery service your company have chosen is letting you down.

Bill adress could not be changed makes huge problems for company. Only option they offered was to cancel order and reorder with new longer shipping time. For making a company account nobody ever answered… very bad and absolutely not customer friendly

Still awaiting my order it's been 17 days already. My account states it in progress! When I call I'm given a day it will arrive . I book the time off work to recieve it and it doesn't show. To call up again to be told another day in a weeks time

Ordered the OC3 spin bike last week, after a couple of conversations with Origin to find suitable date it was delivered today. Helpfully the driver placed pallet right outside my door. Packaged well and as was pre-built I only had to lift it into house. Can’t wait to start fasted cardio tomorrow morning! I have say everyone I dealt with from sales to delivery were friendly and super helpful. I would highly recommend.
