I've been riding my Orro Gold STC since Feb 21. I've had the pleasure of riding all over the country on it and it's been fantastic. Seeing another Orro on the road was rare, but over the past 12 months I am seeing them regularly - it's great that these awesome bikes are becoming more popular. If I was going to upgrade it'd be to the 2024 Gold STC, it looks brilliant!

Bought a orro Venturi STC with shimano 105 di2 a few months ago as an upgrade to my previous road bike. It's absolutely the best value for money areo road bike that you can find, it's looks stunning and performance flawlessly. 6 months and 1k miles on and it's still going strong, orro really know how to make great bikes.

Went into my LBS to buy some gels and came out with a gorgeous white Orro Gold 105 Hydro: great value, great looking and great ride, perfect for Sportivs and longer days in the saddle. Even got to visit the company's new HQ to meet their highly enthusiastic team and see where the magic happens.

I’ve managed to ride the 12 speed ultegra di2 Orro Venturi for around 400km now and it has been a mixed bag.

First off, the bike is a dream to ride, when it is working…
It’s light, nimble and more comfortable than my previous Cannondale synapse which is saying something!
It’s definitely fast too and you can feel the speed!

However, as I hinted to before I have had a horrific experience with the bike up to now in terms of reliability.
First delivery of the bike I managed less than 100km, the chain dropped off the little ring on the inside just pedalling along for no reason and ground up the bottom bracket cracking the carbon significantly.
I managed to send it back to the original shop I bought it from however stock issues meant a significant delay on getting me back on the bike. A new warranty frame was sent out eventually and the bike built up by the shop. However the bike arrived damaged with the seatstays both cracked. Needless to say it was sent back and I had to wait for another warranty frame for the bike to be built up again. After waiting longer again (roughly 2 months in total) I got the bike back, warranty frame and old components. Between purchasing in March and finally getting a bike back in June I was desperate to start cycling again.

I had a chain catcher put on by LBS to try and prevent this issue again however within a couple of weeks I noted the brakes becoming very spongy and screeching. Mineral oil was leaking onto the callipers. Back to the LBS to check it - olives and barbs weren’t seated correctly. So new hoses, bled front and back, new pads and discs cleaned.

Thought that was the end of it however after about 100k or so after this, the chain dropped on the inside again, and just like last time, despite having a chain catcher, ground the carbon out around the bottom bracket and sheared the metal on the inner little ring leaving a sharp shard.

This cannot be just bad luck to have all of this happen. The bike rides like a dream when it’s working however in the space of 5 months I’ve barely had a working bike… and I’m now waiting to send it back again and I can’t see the bike in stock either.

For spending over £3000 on a bike I would expect better reliability than this. I just want a working bike at this point, one that I’m not worried if it’s going to fail on me on a ride and one that I know is safe.

Bought my Orro Terra C in 2021. It’s a superb bike and fantastic value for money. It has a full Shimano Groupset and high quality parts fitted to the frame from Deda. The wheels are Fulcrum and built well. The carbon frame is very well made and paint quality is great. After two years of riding it on both road and gravel the bike has been faultless. I have noticed during servicing that who ever built the bike at Orro did a great job of assembling it, every part of the frame has been well finished and the surfaces of the bottom bracket, brake bosses etc have been faced prior to assembly. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I have been really happy with my Orro Terra C 105. I like the geometry and have configured it to become my winter and all round bike. I fitted a GRX crankset for lower gearing and to get better clearance between the chainwheels and the very wide downtube. I've fitted full mudguards, taking advantage of the generous clearance to the forks and bridge. As a result I have a very capable audax/climbing/winter bike. And i can easily tackle gravel rides. I think the way the cables are routed down the head tube is very neat.
I had occasion to phone up Orro for a bit of advice about the cable runs and they were very helpful. I also bought a spare mech hanger which was sent promptly.

Bought an Orro Terra C Gravel bike with 105 GS in 2021, around £2k.it was a good price for the component set. I didn’t fancy paying £600 more for the same kit just because it said Canondale on it. Been running it mainly on road and it’s rapid. People have been genuinely suprised a gravel bike can run so well up against your road bikes. Not had an issue and the bike always gets top comments. Nice to be riding a quality British brand and it also feels more unique.

I hadn’t really considered an Orro bike because I didn’t know a lot about the brand,until I researched it found out it was British so decided to give it a go,I bought a Venturi Taylor Made with Di2 with Airbeat Wheels,BlkTec integrated cockpit and can honestly say the best thing Iv ever done, couldn’t recommend it enough!!! Unbelievable good value for money not only good looking but really well built,compared some of the more well known brands with the same set up and running gear and they came out much more expensive,my next bike will definitely be another Orro!! Solid 5 stars from me

I purchased my Orro Golf around 6 years ago. I still love riding it , it has a great lightweight carbon frame, Ultegra spec. I've ridden it in the Pyrenees, up long steep climbs used in the Tour. It's never let me down, a quality build from Orro. The fact it's British is a real bonus. My next bike, I'll be shopping with them again.

I can't put into words how much I adore my new(ish) Orro Venturi STC. I actually picked it up just before Christmas 2021 (2022 model) and didn't really get to experience it properly for a few weeks due to the weather. I can't do the bike justice if I'm honest - it's great for climbing and descending, super quick on the flat stuff and it just munches through corners. It also looks fantastic - matt black with gold decals - absolutely stunning. Even the annoying stuff (getting a bracket to fit both a Garmin and Cycliq light/camera) was easy enough! I cannot recommend this bike or brand highly enough.

I’ve had an Orro Terra c 105 Hydro since 2018. It has served me well on weekend gravel rides as well as more adventurous multi day bike packing trips such as an off road LeJoG. It feels as good to ride today as it did on the first ride. If you want a bike that can take a beating on rough ground and also eat up the road fairly swiftly too I’d very much recommend one. It is my first Orro bike and when I eventually decide to retire it I’ll be looking to get another from them.

I've had an Orro Pyro for 6 years now. I've rode the C2C twice, rode many Audax events, lots of Sportives and too many club rides etc to count, on my Orro. It's by far my favourite bike. My next new bike will definitely be an Orro Gold.

I’ve been riding Orro carbon road bikes since 2015 , first an oxygen then in 2018 I upgraded to a gold STC ultegra, in late 2022 it developed a fault with the frame, Orro replaced my frame with a brand new one aswell as the seatpost ,headset ,bottom bracket, bar tape and collection/delivery, just paid a small fee covering mechanic costs . Fantastic customer service and great communication from everyone at Orro bikes .

I have 2 Orro bikes, a pyro(now called called gold evo) and a Terra C. Both have been amazing and i love to ride. Their website is great and their chat function anwsers questions ranging from tyre choice to torque requirements. They really are a fantastic brand and go toe to toe with the big brands. In my opinion they come out on top!

Brought my Orro Signature Venturi in Oct 22 but kept it safe until the spring. Have been riding in since May and it’s a dream. Included ride London and London to Paris, taking over an hour off my ride London time in the process. Add to that I got the Bucolic blue (doesn’t seem available anymore) and gave list count of the number of people who commented on how much they like the bike and particularly the colour. Couldn’t be happier

After now riding my Orro Venturi stc for 2.5 years and over 3000 miles over flat and hilly terrain I can truly say this is the best road bike I’ve owned, not only is it good looking in stealth black , it goes as good as it looks, after upgrading from a tarmac sl2 the Venturi,s aero really allows you to push on and hold speed with minimal effort. The aero frame is stiff and compliant at the same time, comfortable to ride for long distances, with minimal road chatter through the bars and saddle,
Over the time I’ve upgraded to a Taylor made spec, 28mm tyres as standard allow for lower pressures which increases comfort ,
I’m always getting compliments from other riders as how good my bike looks, and it not only looks fast it Is fast. Lower Priced compared to the other main brand competitors, without making compromises makes the Orro Venturi stc a bike to seriously consider for all types of riders looking to upgrade their riding experience 👍🚴🚴🚴👍

I placed and paid for an order on the website on the 23rd June. At the time the website said the part was due in stock on the same day. It now says they don't know if/when it will be back in stock.

I've had no contact from Orro to update me and am unable to get hold of anyone. Between placing the order and now (7th August), I have emailed, used the website contact form, used the website chat facility, telephoned (no one answers) and direct messaged via Instagram. I've had no reply.

They still have my money.

If someone from Orro is reading this, please can you reply.

The frame mounts for mudguards rusted. Two mounts pulled out two broke the screws. Contacted service for advice. Long wait and they had next to nothing to offer. Waste of effort. Rest of the bike is ok.

I've long been an admirer of the Venturi STC and finally decided to push the button on the Tailor Made Ultegra Di2 version. I could not be happier with the bike, it feels as good to ride as it looks, fast and comfortable.

Have been looking for a new bike for over a year and due to the availability and other factors it was not till Feb that did the move.. After looking online at the Orro Venturi STC DI2 and looking it in flesh, I was trying a reason not to buy it... What it was offering was too good to be true.. A few minor spec issues that were actually a blessing for me were the wheels and the tyres, as I already have an expensive pair of carbon wheels with top tubeless tyres. And to avoid any misunderstandings, the fulcrum wheels are more than decent and the tyres are fine as well. That is one way to keen the price down
So I had the bike for almost 3 months and managed to ride just over 500miles/800km with two back to back long rides just this past with a combine total of 245 km
The bike is comfortable even for long rides and is amazingly fast. Its so noticeable that are high speeds you need a lot less effort. I did comparison on the same stretch of road with my previous very decent bike and the Orro Venturi, so it was not just my imagination Also, the frame not only beautiful but also super responsive when cornering. The matt black and no visible cables makes it a great looker even with the stock wheels, let alone with a better set of carbons. And last but not least, the DI2 Ultegra gears that the bike are fitted are amazing.. Going from mechanical to electronic gears is a big step. While I was sceptical about the 140 mm front disc as a lot of bikes come with 160 mm/140 mm front back, the stopping power is superb even for a heavy rider like me.
So my experience with the Orro brand and bike after 3 months of ownership and a decent number of miles I could not be happier.. Great bike at more than decent price for the specs on offer..

ps: Only moaning I have is not about the bike but the original Fulcrum RC400 that cannot be converted to QR, thus restricting my ability to swap the wheels around on my bikes as and when they are needed . But that has no reflection to the bike or Orro brand but more related to my specific requirements and limitations on the fulcrum wheels
