Appalling customer service and appalling bike. Bottom Bracket and steering bearings of my terra C were wrecked after one wet ride and limited milage. Orro could not even be bothered to respond to a polite email asking for some advice. This is the only bike I have regretted buying.

Really poor customer service from my experience so far. Asked a question via their website but never received a response. Ordered a frame anyway that was showing as in stock (website said in stock bikes despatched in 3 days) and paid. Apart from a very amateurish looking receipt have heard nothing since. Have emailed them to ask what is going on and again no response. Quite honestly starting to think I have been conned and will lose the money I have paid.

I have recently purchased the Orro Venturi STC 105 di2. It is a great bike and excellent value for money compared to bigger-named manufacturers. Although I have only ridden it a couple of times, it cruises relatively with effort at 20mph compared to my other road bikes. The frame is stiff but yet a comfortable ride with the 28cm tyres. In stealth black, the frame looks lovely. I look forward to many more miles on it this year. Although I purchased the bike online and not through Orro directly, Orro were quick to respond to a question that I emailed them.

Ordered a Orro Venturi STC rival etap from balfes (Balfes customer service is out of this world). The bike arrived and I took it on a little 20 miles tester ride to make sure it was all ok. All fine just some bolts needed a bit of tighten on the torque wrench but then I noticed the paint was flaking off on the forks. I contacted balfes who connected orro and they come back and said the paint was not covered under warranty but it clearly says on their website that it is. “Paint and transfers are subject to the original 2 year warranty and not part of our extended 5 year warranty” so I now have a bike with paint coming off. UPDATE:
Orro did contact me and sent me out a new set of forks which was much appreciated but when the bike was taking apart at the bike shop they realised they was another problem with the bike. So Orro are now going to take the bike off me for further investigation to find out what the problem is. Not idea but I appreciate them looking into resolving the problem.

I recently preordered a 2022 Orro Venturi STC with 12-speed ultegra di2. Whilst the wait was fairly lengthy (as I opted for the BLK TEC cockpit which was out of stock at the time of ordering) there was clear communication throughout and now I’ve received the bike it was 100% worth the wait. Utterly beautiful. Thank you Orro! Looking forward to many rides on my new bike.

Purchased new 2022 Venturi STC Di2. I noticed a sign on the way up Ditchling Beacon when I did L2B ride for BHF a while back on my "Old" 2nd hand Cervelo RS. Did a bit of research (Had never heard of them) Looked up local stockists and found Pankhurst Cycles in Pangbourne. Went to "Have a look" and fell in love with the Venturi in Blue and Silver. 1st time with hydraulic brakes and Di2.....a revelation I'm an older gentleman and on the heavier side, so wanted something I could "Race" before I got too old.....smashed several PBs on Strava already. She's a flyer great bike and great value.

Just recently bought their Signature Venturi STC Sram Etap. A fantastic bike to ride and look at. I did have one issue with a replacement part which they dealt with in an acceptable time scale and at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend and will certainly buy another bike from them.

The bikes are half decent but customer service is shocking.

I thought I would buy british and ordered one of the top models from orro, a little company based in Ditchling, Sussex. The lead time was a month.

For the price tag, you would think you would get gold plated service, but alas, no. No information whatsoever about the progress of the order, the web site just says "pending". The flippant attitude of the staff when you call to enquire is another level. They have never replied to any of the emails I have sent.

Needless to say it's now late summer and the bike I had ordered to be delivered in early spring has still not arrived.

The product is great, well made and not a single issue with it.
The customer service is terrible on the other hand. Open two tickets with them and sent them an email. Weeks later and I am still waiting for an answer.
UPDATE: Finally received response from them. It took a while but there is someone at the other end.

Bought an ORRO Gold Hydro, NOT DIRECT, and sent back due to brakes not working!
Online dealer damaged it so badly when fixing it I got my money back.
The ride I had was SO good I bit the bullet and ordered another from Chain Reaction but with cable disc brakes as the hydro was sold out.
This bike rides better than my £3500 race bike!
ONLY ONE issue, I've changed the front rotor as the fitted Tecktro are as much use as carbon rims in the wet but don't forget this is a budget bike so forgivable.
It is balanced, stable, fast, LIGHT, predictable handling, I got 7 strava pb's 2nd ride out.
I will be putting my race rims on this and selling my ex-race bike.

I have just took delivery of a Orro 2022-venturi-ultegra-di2-airbeat this bike does not only look stunning it fly’s and handles fantastic.

I bought a Terra C gravel bike. A great design and really enjoyable ride. Better still the service support from the company has been absolutely excellent. It’s great to find another excellent British company to buy from

I purchased my new winter bike from a local cycle store after putting up with Ribble Bike for a year,the orro terra g is fantastic in looks ,performance and build quality,its light fast on tarmac as well as gravel,great tire clearance
the ribble was badly welded and cheap parts that failed miserably after 1 year of the british winter and pathetic aftersales.
Buy this quality British Bike and enjoy the ride

Orro Terra Hydro 105 Nice bike Abysmal Customer Relations!
I have had my Orro now for one year and am generally pleased with it.
The ride is very comfortable and the bike was well spec’d and good value for money. It is now my go to audax bike and an excellent winter bike.
Internal cabling is a good idea but becomes difficult when you have to re-cable parts.
Bottom bracket is a press fit which is not ideal and I have had to replace it after one year.
However, Orro is let down by its abysmal customer service. A request for replacement parts specific to the bike have been unanswered after three emails, telephone calls not returned and a letter to the MD ignored! Best to avoid Orro if this aspect is important to you when things go wrong

Orro are one of the best, hardest working bike companies out there right now. The Venturi is my favourite road bike I've ever owned, fast and comfortable and it looks great. I also ride a Terra C that is just so much fun, I can't recommend gravel enough!

In short Orro have reinvigorated my cycling, from speedy rides on the Venturi to steadier but muddier days out on the Terra. The best in the UK by a long way!

Having been messed around by one of the large bicycle retailers on a new purchase I decided to try Orro. The bikes looked great, the reviews were good, and you seemed to get a lot for your money. I also thought that dealing with a smaller independent manufacturer would mean good service. Totally incorrect. As there are currently problems for manufacturers and retailers getting components from Shimano, I called Orro and questioned their availability. The sales consultant advised that they ordered all their components over a year in advance and so they had no problem in this respect. This gave me confidence to order and pay for a new venturi STC with di2. Ordered on 9th January with a 12th February availability date. I needed to query another aspect of the bike, so I called Orro in the middle of January. Again, sales consultant confirmed availability and confirmed mid February delivery.
On 3rd February I decided to check on the delivery date and this time I spoke to the “Sales Manager”. He put me on hold for an extremely long time and then returned and told me that delivery would be delayed as they did not have the frame size that I ordered. I wasupset but didn’t cancel as apparently it would only be a month’s delay. I did telephone again the next day to see if switching frame colour would help but the consultant this time said they had all the frames they needed but could not get components from Shimano.
So, it would appear that I was lied to on every single telephone conversation. I have cancelled as I no longer have any faith or trust in this company. They left me with the feeling that they just don’t care.

Customer service brilliant, held a bike for me whilst waiting for a cycle to work voucher and once ordered bike was with me in 2 days. Bike looks and feels brilliant!
