Thank you for your comment, and I’m sorry to hear that the key you received isn’t working as expected.
The key we dispatched was cut from the original Helix key, so it’s unclear why it isn’t functioning correctly in your lock. It may be worth double-checking the lock code or confirming if there have been any changes to the lock mechanism.
If you’re able to provide a clear photo of the lock face and your key you have found or any identifying marks, we’d be happy to take another look and see if we can assist further with supplying another key.

Absolutely exceptional service from them I didn’t receive my order which was no fault at all on there part but they didn’t hesitate to rectify by resending my order all at a cost to them also the lady in customer services is lovely and couldn’t have done more if she had tried would recommend them definitely

I haven’t received the replacement key yet, but based on how they’ve handled everything so far, I’m confident it’s in good hands.
