I bought a pair of LGR Reunion glasses from this website, expressed my concerns about the legitimacy of them and was pretty much dismissed by the customer service team. They couldn’t prove that they were genuine but wouldn’t accept postage for them to be returned either. I wouldn’t use them again

The shipping was super super fast and fed ex did a wonderful job delivering, I literally got the product 3 days within shipping, however when I opened up the package, immediately to my dismay the color of the glasses is not what I pictured, so I am requesting a return and waiting for them to respond with a return mailer.

This Italian Store is 100% Authentic and Legitimate. I had a very bad experience with an American store and in the past some other online sunglasses stores. I hesitantly gave this one a go last month and I will be getting all my designer glasses from here in future.

Firstly their prices are very competitive. It may not be the absolute cheapest but it is close to it. I found another store that was cheaper but still opted to buy it from this store because the other store had virtually no customer service and you don't want to buy from those stores.

Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I want to especially praise and say thanks to Arianna who looked after my needs.

I first bought a pair of very competitively priced Gucci sunglasses. It was on backorder but everything happened efficiently and they were able to get it from the supplier in a week and then it was shipped via FedEx extremely quickly and got to me in super speed. The glasses was brand new and 100% authentic.

I was disappointed that the supplier no longer provided the Gucci velvet hard cases that I used to get with my Guccis, and I asked Arianna how I could get those cases. She worked so hard and efficiently to source some cases for me and she went above and beyond. I have ordered a second pair of Gucci sunglasses and she has promised to provide and ship 2 velvet cases for me - EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Efficienza ed assistenza

I have waited for 3 weeks to drop my review , I have ordered a pair of sunglasses here which I never received . I was told customs had my parcel , I waited and reached out when I was travelling , asked them to re route when it’s eventually released to me but they declined . We agreed to have the parcel returned back to them whenever customs released and I get my refund . It’s been a week after they confirmed returning to them and I was asked to wait for my refund. I get an email today saying the parcel was delivered ,to who ? After we communicated two weeks ago .
Kindly refund my $379.95 , I haven’t received nothing and I was clear about my trip .

- Rücksendungen werden nicht bzw. gar nicht verbucht, entweder klauen die Mitarbeiter im Lager oder jemand bei der Post hat Inhalte im Paket entwendet, ihr solltet mal Kameras installieren
- Händler macht auch kein Nachforschungsantrag über DHL
- antwortet manchmal gar nicht auf E-Mails, oder nur sporadisch, schickt keine Beweisfotos und kümmert sich gar nicht um den Kunden
- Kunde muss für Rücksendung (22€) und zurückgesendeten Inhalt komplett zahlen, obwohl Artikel Frist- und Ordnungsgemäß zurückgeschickt wurden

Ordered glasses on 10/19. Website said estimated shipping time was 9-12 days. They were shipped 11/13. It is now 11/26 and I still don’t have them. They have been at FedEx since 11/18 because of “Clearance delay - Import”. Customer service just apologized, said it’s not normal and should be sent soon. I tried to put in a ticket with FedEx to have it addressed but I’m not sure it will help.
Update 11/29 - still no status change on FedEx.

I bought a pair of Sunglasses from
Otticanet online. There was a 13% Black Friday discount which I forgot to add-on before completing my order. So basically I bought it Full Price. I wrote them an email to kindly refund the 13%, not expecting much response. To my pleasant surprise I got not only an email acknowledging my request, but also the refund under 24hrs. Common, that’s what I call Fantastic Customer Service. Thank you Otticanet. I will definitely do business with you over & over again and recommend you too.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Ho effettuato un ordine il 20/10 (approfittando di un prezzo nettamente inferiore rispetto ai negozi della mia zona), i miei Gucci sono arrivati tre giorni dopo in perfette condizioni.

A posteriori ho contattato il servizio clienti per un problema di pagamento. Si sono dimostrati cortesi, veloci ed efficienti.

I had finalized my purchase when I realized the discount code they had emailed me had not been entered and the full cost was charged on my purchase.. I emailed them explaining I didn't enter my discount code and would they be able to credit my card after the purchase had been completed.
Of course! they said they could do that for me and they went immediately to credit the discount to my purchase. Have you ever experienced that kind of customer care from other companies? I haven't! The ususual response would be “Sorry, we can't do that but you have 30 days to use it on your next purchase from us.”
