I had order in june 8 today is june 18 still no tracking number they reply my emails but same thing every time they say that fed ex have to send me an email with the tracking number but nothing … i hope its not a scam …

Beware - Otticanet is Scamming your money

I have order glasses OliverPeoples originally been informed takes 20-25 days as not in stock. I have waited 25 days not even a single notification from them to notify me what happening till I have to chase up by myself and got replied I have to wait another 20-25 WORKING Days to get item I purchased, they said the item I purchased already in production that was since the day I purchased it’s gonna take 3 months to receive it worse part is I don’t even know when reached the second 25 days there’ll be another round like this again. Something like this is a big red flag, they’re either scamming customers to use their money first imagine one customer buying a $300 item what if it’s 5,000 customers experiencing the same that’s $1.5 Million cash free interest for them to use for couple moths and then deliver a counterfeit grade A product to customer, a refund also takes another month . If these not a scam what else could it be.
Someone please should report these activities to authority for this illegal activity as Australia too far away from them

Commandé et payé mes lunettes Saint Laurent le 28 décembre 2022, j'ai rapidement reçu un mail me prévenant que, si je souhaite éviter les frais de douane, je peux leur verser directement un montant afin qu'ils s'occupent de tous les papiers (j'ai accepté).

Dès le lendemain, j'ai été mise au courant que les lunettes avaient dû être commandées chez le fournisseur, et qu'il y aurait un retard de 2-3 semaines sur la livraison. Assez frustrant, quand on est impatiente comme moi et un peu stressant, quand on lit les avis négatifs sur ce site.

Finalement, les lunettes sont bien arrivées courant janvier 2023, avec certificat d'authenticité. A ce jour, aucune mauvaise surprise du côté de la douane, je pense que le travail a été fait correctement et je ne peux que recommander !

Please stay away I have never received my product due to FedEx not delivering the sunglasses , I have sent many emails and have been told I need to wait for the sunglasses to return back to their company they didn’t care that I have been waiting over 6 weeks at the end I had to escalate with PayPal and got my money back if I wouldn’t pay with PayPal I wouldn’t see the product or the money .
Please stay away don’t order from them ,one of the worst experiences with online shopping , and customer services rep do not listen they just copy and paste their answer HORRIBLE Company !!!!!!!

I bought a pair of sunglasses on August 23 and, as always with otticanet, they are not immediately available. I then contacted customer service and told them that I would have to cancel the order if they could not be delivered by September 30.
On September 12, I received a reply that another model was immediately available. So I decided to take the immediately available product and told the support so. Since then, despite several mails from my side, I have not heard anything. Last contact on September 12, so 17 days ago!!!!! Poor service, and I have not received my money back yet.

I ordered prescription sunglasses from Otticanet. Sunglasses were in stock and the prescription lenses were fitted within days. Sunglasses were shipped promptly and delivered product was perfect. Customer service was easy to reach and super helpful with upfront questions. Thanks.

Awesome. I made my order and paid 9$ more for quick shipping, got a tracking number and my cazal sunglasses were on the way in less than 24 hours. I got my glasses in 5 days and the postal service DHL express is also awesome I called them to change zip code because wrong one was put, they immediately corrected it also otticanet tried to correct it but I had already done it. Service was great from both parties I will definitely order from them again my glasses were authentic Cazals with cazal case and cloth bag.

Nach der Bestellung werden nochmals 20.- zusätzlich verlangt, für die Zollnebenkosten etc.

Ordered 2 pairs of Maui Jim's for my husband & I, only mine were in stock so the other pair were refunded very quickly as we needed them to arrive before leaving for our holiday. Mine were despatched from Italy to London and arrived in 2 working days. So my whole experience with Otticanet was excellent and I'm sure I'll order from them again...good prices too! The only pain was Fed Ex delivery but I would definitely recommend Otticanet, great service and communication all round.

I am revising my initial review. Otticanet glasses are great. My problem was the FedEx service. They attempted delivery on March 1, requiring a signature. Since I was not home, they left a notice. Then on March 4, they left the glasses at my front door, requiring no signature. I have no idea why FedEx wanted a signature on March 1. Therefore, the service was not the fault of Otticanet. I am very pleased with this company and its sunglasses. Yes, I will order from them again.

Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da sole della Serengeti (qualità assoluta). Purtroppo la compravendita è stata un po' travagliata,per ben due volte l'occhiale da me scelto non era disponibile dal produttore.
Subito contattato dal servizio clienti,mi hanno proposto un alternativa al modello da me scelto,ma dopo pochi giorni mi arriva una e-mail per informarmi della mancata disponibilità del modello scelto.
Ho contattato il servizio clienti telefonicamente per parlare di persona con l'operatrice che molto gentilmente mi ha proposto un modello della Serengeti che avevano in magazzino (oltretutto più costoso,ma non mi hanno fatto pagare un centesimo di differenza).
Dopo due giorni finalmente gli occhiali mi sono arrivati.
Devo ringraziare le due operatrici del servizio clienti Sara e Alessandra che sono state molto gentili e professionali nel gestire il mio ordine.
Penso che Otticanet sia un'azienda molto attenta ad accontentare il cliente nel migliore modo possibile,una rarità al giorno d'oggi.
Sicuramente acquisterò ancora su questo sito.

I returned my sun glasses because I selected a pair that were just too clear in colour. I found Otticanet good to deal with throughout the purchasing and refund process, particularly Manuela who kept me up to date at all times. I will buy from this site again at another time.
