I ordered and paid for a new Hot tub cover several weeks ago, and it still has not arrived, the latest reason was "it was damaged in transit (at the hub) so a new one will have to be sent"

The product is 5 star especially for the price.
The only issue was that I purchased online as the item was showing in stock when it was not. Luckily I rang up before purchasing. It was delayed by a further month afterwards. I was contacted in plenty of time by the supplier and given the chance to cancel the order. They did tell me by telephone that I would be able to alter the delivery date after despatch but this was not possible I found out afterwards. This was essential for me as we are not always at the delivery address and the item was large. Luckily the delivery date happened to be at the right time.

Having placed an order on the 30th April for a 13ft swim spa that was apparently in stock for next day dispatch - our delivery date has moved 3 times since then and then this week informed that the item isn't even in the country and it'd be another 3/4 weeks at best before its ready for delivery because the item was now a 'pre-order'. Having moved a crane driver 3 times to accommodate, we're now stuck with the bill due to Outdoor Livings deceitful business practice.

The recommendation would be if you're looking to spend the money on hot tubs/swim spas - shop somewhere else!

I bought a 4x person hot tub from Outdoor Living (their own branded tub) very happy with the quality and performance. Shortly after using the hot tub two of the head rests developed blemishes which had led to the surface cracking and peeling, I reported this to Outdoor Living and they resolved the issue promptly by sending out replacement head rests. Great customer service from Emma and Katie. Well done ladies.
