Bought a reconditioned phone. Within a couple of months I started getting messages on screen saying moisture detected in charging port and then it stopped charging on a charging lead at all. Was told by the company that it was fine when I got it so I would likely be liable for all fixing costs. Assured them that the phone has never been near liquid of any kind. Was told that as it was ok when I got it I would likely be due to pay for any repairs as well as the fact it would take over 40 days. I'm not convinced they didn't know there were issues with it to start with and knew they would likely make more back on repairs.

I got my products after 10 days, But it was sent much ealier. So the delivery man is a factor too. Be patiënt or order a little bit ealier.

I never recieved my order! I sent numerous emails & got no response !!
I’m disgusted withh them!!!

Do not ever order from this company I've ordered 3 months ago nothing yet on the tracking it keeps saying out for delivery
Avoid at all costs it's a scam

Don’t order from them say parcel delivered but has not
Then offered a refund of 55% as goodwill gesture

Awful! DO NOT USE! Ordered over a month ago and still nothing, tracking says delivered but I’ve received nothing! Emailed numerous times only seem to acknowledge emails every 2 or 3 days, I’ve asked for a refund. Telephone number doesn’t exist!

Everything went wrong with this company. I have waited 5 weeks for my clothes I ordered. To be told something happened with the Logistics of my delivery. They offered me a 55%refund. Which I refused, they then offered me 65%, which I also refused. I asked for a full refund to be ignored totally. I have waited a week for a reply to my final email to them and still waiting. So I lost all my money on the order and nothing to show for it. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT IS CON I THINK WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO CUSTOMERS. TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND THEN NOT SENDING GOODS. Because surely the amount of people with bad reviews is a total red flag to not use this company. Like I would if done if I had read the reviews. A lesson learnt to start reading reviews before future spending elsewhere.

No confirmation of order and no reply to email.

Nach 17 Tagen und Nachfragen wo meine Ware ist ,wird das Geld zurück überwiesen. Hätte lieber die Ware genommen! Woran es gelegen hat, wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt. Für mich mangelhaft, Schade

Hallo, ich habe grad ein paar Nivea Rasierklingen für mein Schatzi gekauft. Preis in Deutschland 6-8€ das 3er Pack, aber kaum noch zu kriegen - nicht mehr lieferbar. 😬🤷🏻‍♂️

Ich habe ein Mainboard gekauft, welches als OPEN BOX deklariert wurde. Das Gerät ist aber nicht nur open box. 1. Das Mainboard ist gebraucht, da sind sogar Haare vom Vorbesitzer drauf. 2. Es fehlt Zubehör. 3. Der Hersteller versucht gegen das Spanische,Deutsche und Europäische Recht zu verstoßen, indem es versucht Computerteile aus der Rückgabe auszuschließen. Mit der Begründung: Manipulierbar. Manipulierbar? Die Seele dieser Menschen wurde scheinbar vom Teufel manipuliert, sehr eklig was Menschen für Geld tun. Zum Gllück habe ich mit PayPal gezahlt, ich versuche gerade mein Geld zurück zu bekommen indem ich die Ware zurück senden kann, Seitens outletpc kein Kundensupport. Ich würde darauf Anwälte ansetzen, die werden durch das Unternehmen mit Sicherheit reich, so viel Korruption steckt hinter dem "Unternehmen", wenn man es überhaupt so nennen kann.

They sent me a defective product and i refunded it, but they refused to pay me the full amount back and started to decline that it was defective.

Unseriöses Unternehmen! Habe ein Handy erworben, welches nach 2 Monaten defekt war. Trotz Garantiebedingungen und Rücksendung erfolgte nach diversem Schriftverkehr keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr was auf betrügerischem Geschäftsgebahren hindeutet. Ich kann nur vom Kauf von Produkten dieses Unternehmens warnen!

They say free shipping, till you get to your cart then says, "only lower 48 states" then they charged me 1/2 the price of the item to get it to Alaska. Won't be back to them, rip off! I have gotten larger items from other outlets that don't cost an arm and a leg to get to Alaska.

I made an order two weeks ago which I later checked the status of and found out my order was rejected by their system.

However, they never refunded me the amount I paid for my order.

I have made several attempts to email them to confront them about this but they never reply back.

Just stay away from this store if you don't want to lose your money.

My laptop had a virus. They had it fixed and ready to pick up in a few hours. And it was under $100.00. I will definitely go back

I got stuck in the middle of an upgrade needing a part that no one in town has. Since Amazon has put a low priority on computer parts right now, it was going to take more than a week for them to send the part via Prime shipping. With my computer in pieces and no way to reverse the project, I needed help fast. OutletPC had the part and I was able to expedite shipping at a reasonable price. The order was placed early Friday morning and I received the part via Priority Mail on Monday. They will be the first place I look the next time I need computer parts.
