Wrong box and too late
Wrong box, much smaller than what I ordered, I paid extra for quick delivery but took 10 days etc etc, Absolutely super bad in all aspects.

Excellent customer service and quality of product, tarnished by rough handling
Excellent customer service and delivery. The product is of good quality. Unfortunately, the roll of bubble wrap had received some rougher handling and damage before packaging, and there was adhesive tape holding the roll together, which tore the product, resulting in some meters of bubble wrap being unusable for my purpose.
