The bags are made from a material to ensure they are strong and durable for their intended use. The smell you’ve noticed is the scent of polythene, which is a standard characteristic of this material and should dissipate over time.

I ordered products for delivery to…
I ordered products for delivery to Northern Ireland. I was told that the order couldn’t be fulfilled due to me living in Ireland. When I informed the company that I live in Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom I was told they had stopped delivering to Northern Ireland. Why allow your ordering system to take payment and process an order from an address you don’t deliver to then inform the customer the order is cancelled. Still waiting on the promised refund which, as advised, can take a ridiculous 10-15 working days????

I want to sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience you've experienced.
We are currently working with our website developers to address the issue that allowed orders to be placed from regions we’re unfortunately not able to deliver to including Northern Ireland. This is not the experience we want any customer to have, and we are actively working to prevent it from happening again.
Regarding your refund, I’m doing my best to have it processed as quickly as possible, and I’ve already escalated the request to speed things up. While our standard timeframe is 10–15 working days, I completely agree this is far from ideal, especially given the circumstances.

Slow Shipping, Low Quality
I ordered 25 boxes for packing. All were of a low quality, though just about sufficed. I also paid for expedited shipping for said boxes. Not only did shipping take multiple days long than what I had paid for, they managed to send the package to the wrong address. When asked, they refused to refund me the extra I paid for expedited shipping. Not impressed.
Edit: Have now recieved a postage refund, which is apriciated.
