Easy to book, collected and delivered on time with no delays. Customer service is on point, i have emailed to confirm if the driver is coming in to collect since it was 3pm and i have received a confirmation within 30 minutes that everything is ok and also a confirmation email when it was delivered

great customer service and competitive prices
We use this company for pallets coming in from Europe a few times now. Communication is excellent and Dan is always so helpful in sorting out our quotation and answering any questions we have and follow ups. All around great customer service!

Amazing service from Start to Finish!
Fantastic, smooth and efficient 5* delivery service, first time we've needed a shipment to the USA and it could not have gone better, the website was simple and easy to use for booking, Gabriela was fabulous informing us on updates along the way and very friendly! Easy to book, accounts dept unacceptable
Easy to book, however we had to cancel the following day, as items we had wanted to ship were no longer available.
It took 6 weeks and the threat of court action before we received a refund.
Totally unacceptable!
Minus £270 charges too!
After seeing your reply, we cancelled within 24 hrs, and yet it takes 6 weeks to reallocate a space!

We would like to clarify that your booking was cancelled after it had been confirmed and allocated for collection, meaning the transport space had already been reserved with the carrier. According to our Terms & Conditions, a £60 cancellation fee per pallet space applies once a booking is confirmed.
In your case, the shipment consisted of two oversized pallets, each occupying the equivalent of two standard pallet spaces on the vehicle. This is why the total cancellation fee was calculated for four pallet spaces, which correctly reflects the transport capacity reserved for your shipment.
The refund was processed in full once the carrier released the allocated space, strictly in line with our cancellation policy. Once a booking has been confirmed and transport capacity reserved, cancellation charges apply as those costs have already been committed to the carrier.

sending a pallet made easy
Pallet2ship made sending a pallet from the UK mainland to Northern Ireland very easy. Their online instructions were easy to follow which helped with the paperwork and preparing the pallet. They collected and delivered on time and Gabriela kept me informed and updated of all the movements throughout the pallets journey. Thank you we will use you again.

Our Wm Holland bath was delivered without any hassle. The driver contacted us shortly before arriving and everything went smoothly. From arranging delivery to the day it arrived was only 3days so very quick. I would recommend and I would use them again

Shocking service
Shocking service can never get a hold of anyone. Was late collecting goods even though we booked a same day collection. Then once delivered the goods were damaged and we was never informed. Would stay clear of these!

While we regret to hear that your consignment sustained damage, we must clarify that it is not accurate to state you have been unable to reach us. We received a call from both yourself and your colleague regarding this matter yesterday, and you have also spoken with another member of our team again today.
Please note that the depot would only have repacked the pallets if there was a valid reason to do so; for example, if the original packaging was deemed inadequate or unstable.
As advised during our conversation yesterday, any damages should be reported through an insurance claim submitted via our website. We also provided guidance over the phone on how to complete this process. However, we have yet to receive any such claim from your side.
We apologise for the delay in collection. The majority of collections do take place on the date requested, however there are occasional operational challenges that can affect groupage services. For this reason the service is advertised and offered as "non-guaranteed".
