Having booked with Tina twice before I didn't hesitate in contacting her to book our cruise to Miami and the Caribbean this year. She booked our flights, hotel in Miami and the cruise.
Everything was brilliant and Tina was so helpful and quickly responded to any questions I had. I would definitely book with Paramount again and have recommended them to family and friends. Thanks again Tina 😄

Very helpful as always. This is our third cruise booked with Paramount, two booked with the future cruises on board but redirected to Paramount Cruises. Perfect to deal with Tina who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have just booked a cruise with Michael from Paramount, He was very efficient and pleasant, We will definitely book again with them and ask for Michael.

We were lulled by the positive Trustpilot reviews. Unfortunately our experience turned out to be at odds with these positive reviews. We were also attracted by the offer of the inclusion of tours and a drinks package. Despite the agent's verbal reassurance on several occasions, these features did not come to pass, The tour situation became evident when we engaged with the Oceania online account. Paramount admitted this had been a mistake and reimbursed £200 towards bookings. The drinks situation became evident once we had boarded, when we discovered there was NO drinks allowance. An afternoon of phone calls with Paramount resulted in an acceptable offer of us to buy a premium drinks package for which we were reimbursed, as promised, by Paramount once we returned. We were disappointed.

Tina did a great job of helping us decide on cabin position and finding us a good deal. I would definitely recommend Paramount if Tina’s customer centric approach is typical of the company. We have used other cruise agents previously but we may have just found our new number one (especially as they take American Express unlike a lot of agencies). Thanks Tina.

Just booked our next cruise with paramount all done on WhatsApp which was a first but for me a better experience than a telephone booking, I was able to check information online while making the booking making sure that we got everything we wanted and we got instant confirmation so we could check all information was correct.
No pressure selling I would definitely book with paramount again.

This company helped a dream holiday come true! Andreia was so helpful from the minute we booked always answered any questions I had. We travelled from Northern Ireland to Nashville, Austin, Miami and a cruise round the Caribbean everything went so smoothly every hotel that we were allocated was in a perfect location and was unreal. The ship we went on was beautiful and the whole holiday was amazing.I couldnt have done it without this company and reasonably priced also!

Caitlin is absolutely brilliant - the best travel agent I’ve ever dealt with. I usually prefer to plan and book things myself, but she has completely changed my mind. She’s proactive, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients. Most importantly, if anything goes wrong, Caitlin is always there advocating on your behalf and sorting things quickly. That level of support gives peace of mind, and it’s why I’ll be sticking with her for future trips!

Just booked the memphis, new orleans and carabean cruise with paramount cruises, spoke with sales assistant Tina who has explained everything I need to know about the itinerary and clearly explained things that I need to know and act upon. Looking forward to more easy interactions with paramount cruises has my holiday draws closer.

I have never used Paramount before but after my experience over several weeks with me asking a hundred and one different questions I would have not hesitate in using them again. My contact Tina could not have been more helpful and patient and was always very quick to reply. I eventually booked our cruise to Japan for my husband and I and our best friends and could not be more excited. Thank you again for all your help and advice. 😆
