The staff at Paramount cruises pulled…
The staff at Paramount cruises pulled out all the stops & provided us a first class service. We are totally overwhelmed with the treatment we received, they upgraded us on our cruise to concierge giving us extra perks on the cruise, the hotel in Singapore was beautiful & we were given our room early as requested by Paramount, we had a fantastic cruise sailing to Hong Kong, we were upgraded to a luxury Grand Harbour hotel only to find Paramount had upgraded us again to club class, this is the most stunning view from our hotel room with afternoon teas & much more.
With all the trouble in the Middle East we had our flights cancelled a few times, unsure how we were getting home, Leah kept in touch with us, reassuring us she will sort things out, we were worried about flying into Dubai & asked her to find alternative route home, Leah & her team certainly worked around the clock & got us new flights straight away. They were there for us when we need them. I would definitely use Paramount again & highly recommend them. Thank you for the 5 star treatment we appreciate everything you have done for us.

From 1st contact through to making my booking Andreia provided an excellent service. She answered all my questions and provided me with different options that allowed me to choose what was right for me. At no point over several days did I ever feel harried or hassled to make a decision. Andreia was friendly, approachable and very professional.

Paramount delivered on all counts
Paramount delivered on all counts. We had a wonderful trip visiting the music cities of Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans followed by a relaxing Caribbean cruise.
Hotels, transfers all worked well and the meet and greet from Leah and Jess was great.

40/60 tour
Fabulous from start to finish. We booked through Andreia who was extremely helpful, she answered any questions we had swiftly and fully. The whole team were quick to respond to our questions.
Great service during the tour including transfers. The hotels were excellent and a high standard. Our resort reps Leah and Marco were both very friendly and knowledgeable providing lots of information of places to visit, including bars and restaurants.
The added trips were excellent value for money with transport included.
Extra shout out to Leah and Marco who worked extremely hard in resort to rearrange our return journey which was affected by the weather.
Will definitely use again and highly recommend Paramount Cruises.
