Great value and stress free booking experience
Five stars for Tina at Paramount Cruises. She was incredibly helpful from the start, patiently and rapidly answering all my questions. She completely removed the hassle of organising the trip and found a significantly lower fare with more perks than going direct. To top it off, she turned the bookings around in a day to catch an expiring offer. Excellent service all round!

Great company and fantastic holiday
Paramount are a fantastic company to deal with. From initial enquiry to walking back in the front door after our holiday they were amazing. Every enquiry answered promptly, all requests dealt with professionally. Great value package and the icing on the cake were the paramount team in New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville were amazing.

The most perfect trip
We have just returned from a 7 day cruise and music cities tour. Just wow!! Our experience with Paramount has been nothing but positive from the booking process to the end of our trip. Communication has been exceptional throughout. I cannot put into words how much we loved this trip, everything was just perfect and would highly recommend. Trips, hotels, transport all went perfectly. Hotels were right by the important areas and things you want to see. Leah and Marco were fantastic guides and always on hand to answer any questions or help. I highly recommend booking with Paramount, we will be again and have already started looking

Just returned from Music Cities Tour (New Orleans, Memphis & Nashville) and 14 day NCL Caribbean cruise. The whole experience was brillianty coordinated by Paramount (special mention to Mickey, Leah and Marco). Memorable Music Cities Vacation.
We have just returned from a fantastic trip with Paramount.
We visited New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville as well as a 14 day NCL cruise.
Organisation was great. All the hotels and transportation were superb.
Our hosts, Leah and Marco were well organised and very knowledgeable.
Excellent ambassadors for Paramount.
The trip lived up to and exceeded all our expectations.
We would not hesitate to book with Paramount again.

Wanted to do a no fly cruise
Wanted to do a no fly cruise on a smaller ship, so got quotes online from a few companies. Then came across Paramount. I looked on trust pilot reviews, and they all stated the good customer service. Oh my where to begin ! Our 1st time using paramount. Such an outstanding service from these guys from the ship to taxi transfer to hotels and flights not one single hiccup. We booked our cruise through Caitlin, after seeing the adverts on tik tok, the service we received has been outstanding from start to finish. The communication was great, instant replies to any questions, all the internal transfers were done smoothly with no delays at all. The price paid for the holiday, I don't think we could have booked it cheaper if we had done it ourselves.

We had Tina from Paramount Cruises assisting us in booking our first cruise and she was absolutely fantastic. From the start, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to speak to. She responded promptly to all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel simple and stress free.
She happily made changes when we asked so we felt confident we were getting the right cruise for us. What really stood out was that she was never pushy, just genuinely helpful and supportive throughout.

Brilliant service
Robin was patient and understanding from outset. Answered any questions I had without any trouble. As we are newbies to cruises and trips like this it was nice to have it explained to us. Just hoping to have Aberdeen flights confirmed instead of Edinburgh but overall highly recommend. Can't wait

I contacted paramount cruises about a deal I had seen with Virgin Voyages, I received a quote which was slightly more than I had been quoted from another company. Paramount cruises beat the quote and also added sailor loot on for me. Caitlin was fantastic with the service and information she provided.
