Absolutely amazing service received from Robin!
We were booking a last minute cruise with a stop over, this was made difficult by our lack of speed in confirming to Paramount.
Robin worked late into the evening to ensure we had everything we needed.
This is the second cruise booked through Paramount, each with a tailored stop-over to suit our needs and I'm delighted with the service Robin has provided on each occasion. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Paramount cruises.
We book 3 nights in Memphis & 2 in New Orleans the on to the cruise from there .We had an issue in Memphis with our hotel as the Federal government had taken it over and failed to inform Paramount, but the issue was soon solved and a refund was issued within a couple of days .
If I'm honest Memphis was a disappointment and I wish we had spent more time in New Orleans.
The cruises was great food and drinks amazing, staff fabulous, entertainment not as hot ,but that didn't matter as we meet wonderful people .It was a fantastic way to spend our 60th birthdays

This was the 1st time of booking a cruise. I found various cruise holiday websites difficult to navigate until I found Paramount Cruises, which was easy to use. Having made an enquiry I was contacted by Tina who spent a lot of time answering questions, exploring options and quoting prices. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We are extremely pleased with the service and the cruise package booked. Would highly recommend.
