UAE F1 cruise
Recently returned from a UAE cruise taking in the Qatar & Abu Dhabi Grandprix’s
Customer service at Parmaount is excellent Andreia helped organise our trip and was faultless from start to finish providing us with reassuring advice without any pressure.
The MSC cruise, hotel and F1 grandstand tickets were all excellent and I would highly recommend . Thank you .

Using WhatsApp to sort a cruise
I saw a cruise on Paramount’s website I liked but couldn’t find it the second time I looked for it. I used WhatsApp to contact one of their representatives. It was so easy and the rep was really helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

Inside room to balcony upgrade
Enquired with Patrick with regards to upgrading our room due to price drop by NCL cruises, he investigated and found us a good upgrade deal very promptly. Payment processed and new confirmation received all within an hour. Fab service.

First time using Paramount
First time using Paramount and would not hesitate to using them again. We dealt with Caitlin who was always quick to answer our queries.

Always an inclusive service.
Booked another trip recently with Mo.
Have used paramount a few times now and always an excellent service. In our opinion, Mo goes above and beyond and is always happy to answer questions. Paramount are way more inclusive (and offer better value packages), than the majority of other agencies. 5 star service again. Thanks Mo.

Northern lights cruise 2025
From my first call to Paramount, I spoke to Caitlin and she made booking the cruise very easy. Caitlin kept checking with Fred Olson cruise line, over many weeks, to try and change my dining time. A couple of weeks before our cruise Caitlin contacted me to say that she had changed our meal time. I have used several cruise agents over many years and this kind of service surprised me. Well done Caitlin. The cruise was fantastic and I will be booking with Paramount in the future. The only problem I had was trying to pay over the phone and had to do it online.

Outstanding service from Tina at Paramount Cruises
I received an outstanding service from Tina at Paramount cruises. My wife and I have been on two cruises before but there are so many options and variations to consider. I did a lot of research myself but Tina gave me much better more competitive prices than I could get even with discounts being offered.
