Samples a good place to start
Only criticism is the order took to long to arrive. I ordered a sample of Dior Sauvage and it came safely packed no complaints, I am glad however that samples are available as Sauvage is not for me it's long lasting but to strong and potent a smell, the granddaughter soon pinched it she loves it

Sorry to hear your experience, but we need to clarify a couple of issues here:
1) On our website, we do our best to let our customers know that they will receive genuine perfume samples only in plastic bottles decanted from their original bottles. We are trying to be very clear about this to manage customer expectations. Product images on our website are only for guidance, so our customers can browse and recognise the perfumes easily. We don't have a statement anywhere on our website saying that we sell miniature glass sample bottles that look like the original design. In fact, these miniature design glass bottles are very hard to come across as most brands don't even manufacture them. Whichever perfume sample website you use in the UK, you'll always receive a similar sample bottle, not a miniature design.
2) We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Based on your experience, we contacted you and offered to send you a replacement sample for the leaked bottle. However, we didn't receive a reply from you. Regardless, we processed a full refund to your original payment method.
3) We don't have a physical store but our business address is legit and valid, so there's no reason not to return the item to us. The only reason we ask the item to be returned is to inspect the cause of leakage. Besides, we provide free return labels for any order damaged in transit. However, you didn't reply to any of our emails.
Small but worth it...
It is such a good idea to be able to buy a tester for a perfume. I was particularly interested in one I'd read about but when i went to a fragrance shop to try it I was told it was only available online. I didn't want to fork out £50 or more for something I may not like. Then I found this site. In the end I bought 2 different perfumes to try. The testers are small, but I reckon you can get a couple of weeks worth of squirts from them, which is ample time to give them a good try.

Order was initially delayed, contacted Parfumeria to report and they responded instantly and were transparent to what caused the delay and added a free sample as an apology.
