Hidden charges
When I dropped my car, I asked if I leave my key and the guy checking is in said, no take them with you.
When I returned I was informed I had to pay an additional £5.00 per day as I chose to take my keys. Maybe this was a trick to get additional money from us.
At no point was I asked to leave my key, I put it on the counter and he said to take them with me.

I flew from Leeds Bradford to Belfast a few weeks ago, going under chemotherapy I was a tad apprehensive.
From my house to the airport parking their sat nav was spot on direct to the carpark.
Greeted by a HUGE smile from the gentleman behind the counter, I felt my journey home to Ireland had started.
Drive to the airport and back was yet another amazing experience, the lady with the big smile ensured safety to all on board.
Will definitely be using again and again very soon.
