The drop off is easy
The drop off is easy, car is safe, price is reasonable but this time we had to wait too long to be picked up from the airport. 4 Sentinel buses arrived before someone at the stand phoned them to let them know we were waiting.

I complained that my booking was for a wrong date and asked your admin/support team to amend it but no response so far as I am due to travel on 24th April. Please refund my money if you can’t rebook me for the 24th April 2026?

Great experience
Super easy and very slick from start to finish, check in was easy, bus waiting to take me to the terminal, on return bus was waiting for me at the pick up gave me my key and took me straight to my car, was literally out the terminal and in my car in 5 minutes.
Would not hesitate to use again.

The bus and arrival were perfect and finding it was easy. When we arrived we got told where to park. We handed keys in at main desk. When we arrived back the car had moved to a new space no more than 15 yards away. I wasn’t impressed as I didn’t have it down and a drop and park as I parked my self. I don’t understand why the car had been moved especially a smaller distance. I just felt uneasy after that an unknown had been in the car and moved it for what seems a pointless move. Other than that perfect the bus was waiting at airport for us
