Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff , the bus going to the airport was perfect but the bus coming back from the airport upon return to the uk was late and small so made for an uncomfortable trip back for the car .

Straight forward process
Straight forward process. Only thing that lets the service down is regularity/frequency of buses as people were squeezed in with suitcases rolling around nearly squashing a small child who was having to stand after waiting ages for a bus.

Always use Park2Travel as find it easy & convenient so close to the airport - had a short wait on our return - I dropped a star due to the fact the driver packed the bus with people and cases and I found it very claustrophobic- otherwise all good - will use again next year

Absolute chaos!
If what we got was ‘premium’ I dread to think what standard is!
We weren’t even sure we were at the right place when we arrived to drop our car off, there’s no ‘park your car in THE arrival bay’ it’s just a car park. Finding a parking space was a nightmare. Then you have to go inside to drop your key off.
One person at the desk dealing with everyone, and we played 20 questions, basically a copy and paste of our online booking.
There only appeared to be 2 buses doing a loop to the airport that afternoon, it’s literally 5 mins but the bus there was absolutely crammed and chaos.
Even worse when we got to the airport, you have to fight your way through the queue waiting for the return bus filling the very thin section of pavement.
Coming back was no better. They aim to be there within 5-10 minutes of you getting out of the airport. We waited at least 15 and this time were on the receiving end of the on / off fight. The bus couldn’t even get in its bay for all the people spilling onto the road queuing for other buses.
Again one person on the desk, however pick up was much quicker, no game of 20 questions, just a quick wave at the car park and ‘your car is over there by the fence’ luckily we’d already spotted ours on the way in so knew where it was.
The icing on the cake, is the illusion that the security gate will open on the way in and out, maybe using your reg, but no, there’s a complicated intercom with loads of options even though they’re the only company on the site. Not fun at 3.30am!

Used for a one day parking as flew to…
Used for a one day parking as flew to dublin amd back for business ,very simple and easy to get in park car and go into office ,where staff where great .
Only waited a few minutrs for transfer bus and again on return they check flights and knew we where delayed 90 minutes ,no problem at all again few minutes wait for bus and car was ready and waiting,will be using again.

Increasingly poor shuttle service and terrible communication.
I have been using Park2Travel Leeds for about two years, but over the last few months, the quality has deteriorated significantly. On my recent return, I was left waiting 30 minutes for the transfer bus back to the car park. When I tried calling after 15 minutes of waiting, I called five times and no one answered. I later found out from staff that their phone was completely dead. Having a non-functioning phone line for an on-demand airport pick-up service is unacceptable. The lack of reliability is deeply disappointing.
