Used for a one day parking as flew to…
Used for a one day parking as flew to dublin amd back for business ,very simple and easy to get in park car and go into office ,where staff where great .
Only waited a few minutrs for transfer bus and again on return they check flights and knew we where delayed 90 minutes ,no problem at all again few minutes wait for bus and car was ready and waiting,will be using again.

Increasingly poor shuttle service and terrible communication.
I have been using Park2Travel Leeds for about two years, but over the last few months, the quality has deteriorated significantly. On my recent return, I was left waiting 30 minutes for the transfer bus back to the car park. When I tried calling after 15 minutes of waiting, I called five times and no one answered. I later found out from staff that their phone was completely dead. Having a non-functioning phone line for an on-demand airport pick-up service is unacceptable. The lack of reliability is deeply disappointing.

Disable drivers
Usually would give you 5 stars, but on returning to collect my vehicle it was parked quite a long walk from reception. I am registered disabled and parked it in the disabled bay area on arrival, and expected it to be there on return. I will give a shout out to the young man who came to my rescue and brought my vehicle back to the reception area for me, he was very sincere and apologetic. I’ve never had any complaints before and use you all the time you deserve 5 stars, probably a genuine mistake this time but please be careful of disabled drivers in the future.

The drop off easy.
The drop off procedure was very easy.
However the return process was not great we were waiting 25 minutes to be collected I rang your office after 10 minutes to be told the bus was on its way. A second passenger then rang 10 minutes later to be told the bus was just leaving. Not great especially when there is no cover at the pick up point when raining.

Parked up did the necessary paperwork
Parked up did the necessary paperwork, onto the bus straight to the airport. On return got on the 2nd bus back to the compound and keys handed over.
I was surprised to find my car unlocked , fortunately nothing was missing.

Easy professional parking experience
Easy professional parking experience, have used before and will use again, no hassel,fuss free transport on the shuttle bus to the airport (except for the entitled aggressive family on the way back who was sooo rude to your driver,felt so sorry for him, some people have no patience or manners) and our car waiting for us and found easily when we got back,can not fault the service.
