For a start that Ellie needs to be sacked, can’t run a park and her attitude towards other staff by picking and choosing who she targets and bully is disgusting. They have some decent staff who graft day to day and know more than she does but she seems to blame them for mistakes THEY never did. She’s young and yet to big for her boots, I’ve heard so many owners complain about her, I don’t know who is protecting her but maybe they need looking into as well because it’s embarrassing to hear. Reception staff don’t even get me started, bunch of women who gossip, make over price sales for caravans that aren’t even decent, got attitudes on the phone when someone wants information and yet doesn’t get pulled up on this to the point they bullied a young girl who was working there and she ended up leaving upset. The park is ran by immature lazy stuck up people working people to the ground, can’t have any time off if they need it. People getting sacked for no good reasons by people who are uneducated and brainless, can’t take medical leave because when it comes to someone’s health it isn’t important to them. Letting pedos and coke heads work on site. How on earth anyone can have a good experience with the over pricing of everything and the treatment is beyond me. The owners really need to know what goes on there because I bet they don’t know the half of it.

I have been to windy Harbour about 6 times in fact I'm here now as I write this review.I find there caravans fantastic all boiler servicing up to date all carbon and smoke alarms working fine . The Bar a little expensive but I have paid more chippy ok supermarket very good Arcade great and always cleaning the glass windows and games all seem to be young staff but very polite and friendly. I came here when I was about 11 first time with grand parents now 60+ this site and all partingtons site are a credit to the family and all the sites are well maintained and clean every morning about 8 there is a bloke picking up litter between the caravans keep up the great work o and not to forget the Lovely staff in reception nothing to much trouble thanks John Yvonne and grandson Louie

If there was a zero star even that would be too generous. Appalling doesn't come close. I’m leaving Newton Hall as the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Your staff are amateurs, your reception staff mainly Gabby and park Manager Ellie Fisher are out of their depth. Thank the Lord I’m leaving this week. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
