Squeaky noise from dryer solved

The parts needed to make the repair to the dryer were available. they also shipped quickly within 3 days and provided a video on how to do the repair as well! My dryer no longer makes the squeaky noise and it was easy to repair. Thank you

I ordered the part number I needed for my model of dryer and I received the exact part I wanted. I’ve ordered from another popular parts site before and they sent me a different part without even telling me. So I was pleased to get the exact part that I wanted. Excellent experience

The website was easy to navigate. We found our part and a very helpful video instructing us how to install. It fixed our washing machine and it runs like new now.

Delivery shipped and not shipped

I ordered a part that said delivery date about 3/4/26. I then received an email that said part shipped and included the tracking number. after a couple days I checked the tracking number, and it said, "awaiting item". I checked today 3/3 and still said "awaiting item". I sent an email inquiry to see if it has been shipped and received the reply,

"According to our records, your part is still on order from the manufacturer. Shipments are made at the manufacturer’s discretion, and unfortunately, we have no control over the timing of their delivery. Please be assured that we are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process and are making every effort to expedite your order.
Typically, when a part is placed on backorder, it means the manufacturer has depleted their stock and needs time to produce more. This often results in an extended wait, which can range from a few weeks to a month or longer. We will update you as soon as we receive new information from the manufacturer

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please don’t hesitate to let us know."
I went online to customer service to cancel the order, and it say's item shipped and I can't return it. Call the company and spoke to someone in customer service and even though they read the email to me, they say that it shows it has been shipped and that the email must have been wrong. I told them to check the tracking number, and it will say that awaiting item, but she said no it has been shipped or they wouldn't have a tracking number and that I would have to wait for it and then return it if I didn't want it. Then she hung up on me.

First, we sincerely apologize that you received an incorrect email stating the part was still on order from the manufacturer. That message was sent in error. Your order has in fact shipped, which is why a tracking number was generated and the order shows as shipped in our system. We regret the confusion this caused and understand why it led to understandable concern.

We’re also very sorry to hear about your experience during the phone call. That is not the level of service we expect to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Long ship time

Ordered part around Dec 17,2025. Date promised to ship came and went, no ship notice. Gave it another week. Had to send an email, no person available via phone. After the email was answered fairly quickly, it still took another week to ship. Over a month waiting for part for clothes washer. Not fun hauling wash in the snow. Tracking notice said it was in stock from the beginning. If this could be improved, would give a 5 star review.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to be without a working washer—especially during the winter—and we’re sorry to hear this situation caused such an inconvenience.

After reviewing our records, the only order we see under your name was placed on Friday January 22nd at 8:37 PM, which was after our warehouse had closed for the day. Because of that, it would not have shipped until the next business day, Monday the 26th, and tracking shows it was delivered on Tuesday the 27th.

If there may be another order under a different name or email address, we would be happy to take a closer look. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our communication and overall experience.

Poor customer service.

Ordered Feb 18th. It said "in stock" and to be shipped same day. This is Feb 23rd and the part has not been shipped. They don't know when it will ship, but it can take days to find out why, they don't know whether it will ship by post or courier. I have contacted them twice and cannot get an answer. Poor customer service.

Edited to add: I contacted them again today and was given the same run around. If you have no back up for computer issues in a warehouse, that's a failure in your system and stock replies makes it worse. If you have no computer back up then filling order the old fashioned way works and input into the system when the system is fixed. Not just poor customer service, now poor management.

Edited to add: Still no contact from company.
