I am disappointed that the package sat at the USPS facility in Louisville for 3.5 days. Could have been shipped to me much sooner so the repair could have been completed much sooner as well.

Part was exact OEM part and delivered quickly. Replacement was simple and most any handy home owner would be capable. It is nice to have a reliable parts provider online.

The only place they missed on this order is my dryer package came with 4 rollers but the dryer has 5 (didn’t really need two) Also I was told to order a different belt than what was included with kit but the one in the kit was the correct one. In the end I had everything to fully restore and repair the noisy dryer though, they are always very helpful. I always use them, $aved 3 appliances so far.

Received wrong parts. When notified Parts Select customer service issued a refund that would take up to five working days. In the meantime I still don't have the parts that I ordered, and Heather wanted me to pay again if I didn't want to wait 5 days for a refund.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Since 2 Jan I have been trying to get a replacement gasket for a refrigerator. Have had to order three separate times, only to receive the wrong gasket on the first two attempts and on the third attempt it apparently never made it to my house due to a shipping snafu between Parts Select and Fedex. The third gasket was sent back to the company which I subsequently discovered 10 weeks after my initial order. Each order was placed with the correct model and part number. Have been trying to repair family refrigerator. Frustrating beyond belief!!!

Washer gearbox and Agitator were a perfect match.
However, an improvement on packaging is in order.
The gearbox was not secured in the box and allowed it to bounce around in transit.
When received, the shaft broke though the box.
Luckily, the spline on the shaft was not damaged.

Gave my serial and model number, working item delivered there 3 business days for shipping turned into 6. Emailed several times no response called oh yea it was a glitch in our system then. I get sorry about that I see the one you need send us back the one we sent it will take two weeks to inspect the item then 10 days for your refund. So that's 5 days to send it back, 2 weeks to inspect then 10 days to refund my 170 that's sitting in your bank? Let do some math. 5 shipping + 10 to inspect + 10 to refund money. 25 days for your mistake? Not to mention two weeks for you to order the correct one then 5 days to ship? So total 45 days for my part that should. Have only taken 3 business days?
Ummmmmm and your company offered no kind of compensation what so ever?
You have operators that are so rude they hang up on you?

Ice maker was easy to find and shipped fast. I had to swap a few parts from my old one for my model but if you're at all handy it's easy to do.

What went wrong? Shipping! I ordered on Monday and paid the extra for to 2-3 Day Shipping. It's Thursday now and they are expecting to deliver next Tuesday!! I needed that part before the weekend. That's why I paid the extra to get it here.
PartSelect's solution? Refund me the DIFFERENCE between 2-3 day shipping and 7 day shipping, which is $1.50. REALLY???? That's your solution?? How about refunding the shipping??
While I was writing this review, I called PartSelect back and talked with Heather. She "handled" me very well and ultimately refunded the balance of the shipping. She pointed out that PartSelect did their job correctly. It was FedEx that failed. I agree with that statement, but also think that PartSelect should get a refund from FedEx for their failure to deliver on time.
Regardless, I'm still without the part I need. Sheesh!

This is a partial retraction. After learning I had made some statements about the accuracy of the bulb's suitability, I hereby retract those statements. However, my critique of the shipping charges remain.
See Below.
Could not find a replacement bulb for Whirpool gas range. The Whirlpool website referred me to PartsSelect. (note, on hold at Whirlpool for over two hours and the calls dropped).
Went to PartsSlelect. I put in the model number of my range. A bulb showed up as the 'correct' bulb.
1. $44 for a light bulb?
2. $14 to ship a light bulb?
3. Called Parts Select to confirm. Yes, I was told, it's the right bulb.
4. Bought the bulb, ate the rip-off shipping and handling ($14, really?)
5. It was the correct sized bulb. The original bulb did not fit due to an unknown condition in the oven, which has since been repaired. Found the same bulb on Amazon, $33, but free shipping.
6. Asked to for refund and return.
7. Got the label and instructions.
8. Found out I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY $44 + $14+tax Where in that $14 is there not enough money to cover a return?
9. Amazon was free.
