We had a last minute 70th party to organise. I ordered and realised it was a 3-5 day delivery and I needed it urgently. The team at Party Save Smile quickly sorted my urgent delivery. An easy follow up invoice which I could pay straight away via the link and the party pack was on my doorstep the next day!!! In time for the surprise party

First time ordering from this company and the last ,ordered 5 balloons for my wife for our wedding anniversary, on opening the box 2x balloons where deflated, very disappointed on a one time occasion. Contacted company with photos, reply was did I take a photo of balloons in box or comeing out of box ,which I did not only after they come out of box did I have photo, After emails back and forth no refund forth comeing, eventually in there words gave me a good will gesture. NEVER AGAIN with this company.

Absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase. Delivered on time, well packaged quality balloons that look amazing.

Ordered a five balloon table centrepiece for a party. When they arrived the Union Jack balloons were half deflated. I thought that once they had been in room temperature for a few hours they would inflate again as they had been delivered to my porch a day earlier than expected and I was at work. This did not happen and by the next day they were completely flat.
I followed the instructions for complaints using the online form and took a photo ( it only allows you to take 1 photo) once you upload the photo it automatically sends. I wanted to take more photos but couldn’t.
It’s now been 5 days and still no response from them.
Very disappointed With this company.
Poor quality goods and zero customer care. Will not use again !

Ordered a Dinosaur package of helium balloons.

They arrived on time but unfortunately the box had gotten damaged and one of the balloons was a bit deflated.
I wrote to Party Save Smile, sent them a pic and asked they replaced the balloon by Saturday (actual birthday, it was Thursday afternoon by this point).

They actioned it immediately, with no quibbles and the replacement balloon arrived as expected, for which i am extremely grateful.

I ordered three balloons for specified delivery on the 6th October. Two star balloons and a Happy Birthday balloon. They arrived on Saturday 4th October with one of the star balloons deflated on delivery and completely flat by Sunday 5th October. Registered a complaint. Received an appalling reply stating I had not used the correct format to complain therefore no claim allowed. Went on to their form for complaints/damage. This requested three photos despite allowing only one. Disgraceful way to treat a customer with a faulty item which spoiled the Birthday surprise. My advice in case item is damaged on delivery AVOID this Company. People who have left 5 star reviews have had no complaint but if something is amiss BEWARE. You get nowhere fast.

I ordered anniversary bunting for a celebration party. It was very reasonably priced, arrived promptly and looked just as expected from the website pictures and description. A great complement to the rest of our decorations.

Some great party staples, competitive pricing, prompt delivery - and a lovely note and little surprise with my order. Plus you get the gratification of knowing you're supporting a small business (sometimes this puts people off, thinking the prices will be too high, or the delivery slow - neither of which is the case with Partysavesmile :-)
