Good quality shirts but delivery is getting more and more poor it’s been 3 weeks since I purchased them and nothing has been delivered no communication whatsoever from you guys

The quality of the shirts is impressive!

Easy ordering. Great products.

High quality product for reasonable price. Our PF shirts outlast his other brands, looking sharp for years. He also enjoys his jackets and slacks

Great, communications ! I would like one other item but, need to take advantage of sales and discounts I have , again thanks.

I would have liked to have been able to monogram the shirts. Also, the invoices showed a much higher price. Fortunately, the correct amount was charged in the end.

Clothing is exceptional. Many compliments. Promo codes rather confusing, one promo for this, not that. 20% off, then free shipping , oh not applicable on that purchase, etc.

Easy ordering, great variety, quality offerings and on sale

Spectacular! Site is extremely responsive and easy to navigate, not to mention the merch rocks!!

Website good; representatives; helpful too.
quality of their clothing is quite good and fit well. pricing is a bit high but worth it.

Excellent quality. Always get compliments

My experience with PF has been mostly positive. The issue is, when things don't go well. There is NO loyalty to the consumer(the life blood of any business) unless the consumer hits back. You can't be in business without making mistakes. What keeps your customer base, or sends them looking for a new place to shop, is how you correct the situation. Showing your customer they are more than a transaction number on a computer screen. This is where PF falls short. Sadly, I am now forced to shop for a company that understands this. Not with fake perks for fake levels of customer, but one with the understanding, with no customers, there is no business. For the record, I was a (so called) Platinum level purchaser.

The sizing and the quality of Paul Fredrick products are consistent and high. I have 20+ PF dress shirts and I get compliments on the contrast collar and inner sleeves all the time. Keep up the good work!

Great clothing and pleasant efficient service.

I experienced a delivery issue and PF customer service was quick to respond and resolve the problem. The slim pin-point dress shirt that I received fit perfectly. The excellent customer service I received will ensure that I am a repeat customer.

The shirt is high quality and fits true to size.

I absolutely love the items I've purchased from PF. On the one occasion in which an item was damaged during shipping, the return was easy. Customer service has been wonderful! The items I've purchased always seem to arrive in a timely manner.

Thr customer service and support terms at Paul Frederick has always provided excellent service. Great Team . Thank you !
