Absolutely love the products

I absolutely love the items I've purchased from PF. On the one occasion in which an item was damaged during shipping, the return was easy. Customer service has been wonderful! The items I've purchased always seem to arrive in a timely manner.

When i calked customer service

When i calked customer service, explaining my situation the lady that took my my call was very supportive and understanding, giving me a quick solution for my exchange, great service, congratulations to this lady. Looking forward to receiving my new shirts.

I put a sportcoat in my shopping cart…

I put a sportcoat in my shopping cart but decided to cancel purchase. Just not the right time (funds-wise)... a few days later, I received a wonderful 20% discount coupon and the coat was reduced in price. Kudos PF!!! Made the purchase. That's good Biz (if I may say so).... keep em coming.

It was a little difficult in the person…

It was a little difficult in the person taking the order to grasp information and this made it a little uncomfortable for me and as I look at the order online it appears that things wennt wrong as I am going to wait on the order as i look at the order on paper it appears that these are not the panys I am looking for however I will waiyt and see.

I paid extra money to have my product…

I paid extra money to have my product expidited. You took over a week to process my order and it still is taking a longer amount of time to arrive than stated. This is just unacceptable and I would like a refund of the shipping cost.
