I wrote a review back in April 2022 describing my out of hours experience with this company, where I tried to speak to a vet at 1am and after 30 minute wait had to take my dog to the emergency vets. Ling story short -s he passed away and I don’t know if the delay contributed to her death. I made 2 complaints by my insurance company because obviously speaking to a vet at that time of night was an emergency. I haven’t received an apology or indeed any recognition that Paw Squad have learned from my experience.

As a company sold as being a back up to vets I’m shocked that they’ve been so uninterested in my complaint. I’m still devastated at the loss of my beloved Doris and hence this feedback.

Elena was a lifesaver in helping me to understand that my cat would be fine just being monitored overnight and then taken to my own vet in the morning, rather than spending close on $1000 again for a service not required by the emergency vets, who have been very unhelpful in the past. Elena was amazing in assessing Charlie, checking his gums, breathing and gait on camera. He had been in a fight and was quite traumatised, but no open wounds, and she was so patient in explaning the effects of adrenaline making him lethargic and scared. I feel very fortunate to have access to this service.

Was so easy to access and speak to a vet face to face out of hours and gave peace of mind at a worrying time. Would recommend for sure

It was good to have a video call and have reassurance that my precious dog was not at death’s door. I took the vet’s advice to get my dog to the vet within 24 hours, which I did.

When the vets are closed and your most precious Fur Baby is suffering it is a the most valuable, vital and excellent service you could wish for.
We had a video call twice with a vet and the second time we were referred straight to an an emergency veterinary clinic who helped our Fur Baby.
Can’t thank them enough for all their kindness and support they gave us especially to Maddie 🐶

My 8 week old puppy had a rash that was caused by a allergy. they got him in straight away and was brilliant from the time we made the call to us visiting the pet hospital. Made me feel welcome and our pup was in brilliant hands. Couldn't have asked for better staff

This company is amazing it actually tailors to your dogs actual needs with massive health benefits. rather than generic dog food. I have noticed my dog has a more relaxed approach now and her coat is alot more glossy and shiny. Thank you so much 10/10 would definitely recommend

The staff was very polite and proffessional when i had to rush my dog in for an emergency operation we thought we was going to lose her but the staff managed to save her.

I raised a query about my dog at 23:30 and a vet picked up my query within 5 mins. The vet that supported was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And followed up the call with some very well received notes and advice.

Both vets were super clear, understanding and calm. It took less than a minute to get connected both times and one of those was at 1a.m. This service was so reassuring to have available and surpassed my expectations.

Just a crap service and need a refund for a service that they couldnt provide

I joined Pawsquad yesterday for my dog who has hurt his leg. I signed in and completed the details regarding what was wrong with my dog and uploaded two videos and paid the £24 consultation fee. When I clicked to proceed with a call I was booted back out to the start. I heard nothing all day!!! Despite emailing and phoning. I emailed the email address on the receipt email and it bounced back to me so not a valid email. I called their mobile number as written on the same email and reached a voicemail of a male, I left voicemail and sent two emails to another email address I found on their website which appears to be a valid one but they do not reply. While my dog has a sore leg I would hate to think of someone who’s dog would be lying at the side of the road! Disgraceful company
