Yennefer Clark was so very pleasant and helpful, I wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to fix my transaction issues. Yennefer Clark changed my opinion about payactive!!
Yennefer Clark was able to solve my issue in five minutes when for the last five days I called, I emailed and no one could resolve the issue. They even “escalated it” and told me 24 hrs then “a couple days” but I called again this evening and got Yennefer who was friendly, efficient and solved my issue in 4 minutes!!! Thank you so much!!!! Y’all need to “escalate” Yennefer into a well paying Customer Issue Solver role because she saved my opinion of Payactive!!!

So far...
So far, so good...
I applied for the card, a few months ago...and the application is still pending. It's annoying.
I used the chat function on their website, and I was connected with a very helpful agent, named Emory.
They assured me that my concern would be addressed shortly.
The app/site gets three stars, but Emory gets five stars for customer service...hence the four-star review.

They over charge they already took…
They over charge they already took there money last paycheck talking about 288 is missing and took it out of my upcoming paycheck. Don't trust them. Just wait until you get paid or find a better app like Dave. Dave doesn't have technical difficulties that's will inconvenience people.

Yeneffer Clark is the best. I had an ongoing issue and called several times. It even got escalated to the engineering team twice!!! The only one who helped me and resolved the issue was Yeneffer Clark. Very kind and helpful. She needs a promotion and a raise!!!! Thank you Yeneffer Clark
