Traning ke name pe larka se kaam karwata hai aur Paisa bolega itna milega lekin jab join karoge to first mahina hi Paisa kaat kar dega aur bolega traning ka Paisa 7 din ka agle mahina milega wo bhi nahi milega .
Koi bhi company first month Paisa nahi katta hai but Paytm me Paisa kaat kar dega. So very bad .

Paytm cheat people with sound box, they hav no option to uninstall soundbox, customer had to pay rent whole life.

FRAUD PAYTM does not deserve a single star rating even as it’s a fraud company who betrays the customers and with their requests. Deducting unnecessary charges from account and later not serving the customers.

I was forcibly given a Paytm soundbox with zero rental even when I had not asked for it
I have not started using it but they have charged me a rental of rs 79for last 2months i have already lodged a complaint they hv not refunded it toe also again charged me rent this time again

I am writing to express my concern regarding the Paytm product, hoping to provide constructive feedback for the benefit of both existing and potential customers. I recently encountered an issue that has left me dissatisfied and prompted me to reconsider my association with Paytm.

One particular aspect that requires clarification is the process of adding money to the Paytm wallet. I find it perplexing that while KYC is not required when transferring money from a bank account to the Paytm wallet, it becomes mandatory when attempting to transfer the same funds back to the same user account. This seems unusual and elongates the withdrawal process unnecessarily. It is expected that the company would mandate KYC before any transaction, ensuring a smoother experience for users.

Furthermore, I've faced challenges in reaching your customer care for an immediate response to address my concerns. Efficient customer support is crucial for any service, and the inability to communicate with your team in a timely manner has added to my dissatisfaction.

Regrettably, these issues have led me to reconsider my decision to remain a Paytm customer. I believe that addressing these concerns not only benefits individual users but also contributes to the enhancement of your services for the larger community.

I have recently faced an issue while ordering something on Domino’s and making payment through Paytm. Payment got deducted but merchant hasn’t received when reach-out to them they just route me to merchant then after start routing to bank.

I wish I had never booked through Paytm travel. Hyderabad to Bangalore. Bus never came. For refund it is not possible to talk to anyone. You get a care no which keeps on asking you to raise request. No reply to request. On top twitter has scammers which see paytm tag and reply giving personal no. Frauds. All because paytm has no good channel for customer to interact.

My Paytm Payments Bank account no.919867735082 has been blocked stating fraudulent transaction of Rs.1109/-. For the same I have already sent atleast 20 mails, spoke at Customer Service for more than 50 times, on their chat box atleast 30 conversation, but all in vain. Now that my account is blocked I cannot use my funds of Rs.41000/- lying in my account. I stay in Mumbai now they ask me to visit Gujarat to a different State altogether get a NOC from the police station and submit it to them. In all my mails it is already marked CC to Gujarat CIC and CC to Police Station Ahmedabad. But all my efforts have gone waste. NICE WAY OF FOOLING PEOPLE & USING PEOPLE'S FUNDS. Hope someone will reply back showing some sincere efforts to refund my money soon. Please help

Paytm is the worst brand since they will never honour the promised CashBacks on various sites, such as Zomoto etc. They have world's worst customer helpline which doesn't have a Live support. Recorded options are so limited that so you will never be able to chose option for your issue. Even if you select an option, you will just get a SMS which will result in Nothing for weeks or months ! Even Zomoto is also responsible for offering Paytm Cashback offers and then not helping you for not getting any response from Paytm. Fake.

Hi am bibin writing this mail to regarding i have done the recharge of 395 on 30 Oct 2023 still the recharge was not successful processed to my mobile . Last 2 days onwards am following up regarding this to mobile service provider and their reply as they wont receive the money on bank to their account i dont what service doing on paytm. I want that money back or please do the recharge i have all the proof of tranasction i made

CAN'T EVEN ADD MONEY WITH DEBIT CARDS!!!!

When you try to login they send a link in SMS. But mostly that won’t work. If you try 3 times and all three times if it fails it closes your log in for next 24 hours. If you get in highway and need to charge your fast tag the only way is Paytm. That also now blocked and you are stuck in highway for next 24 hours. I think there is a big scam going on by giving these Paytm, fast tag link.

I received a gift voucher worth rs. 1000 after redeeming the code. I didn't received in my wallet. Again i got worth rs.200/- voucher. The same scam happened with me. I made many complaints. there is no response from them. they stole my Money. just like they listed their IPO in share market on 100 times more Value. after that their price of share came on "AUKAT"...Frauduster

And soundbox ka use na karne par bhi per month 125 charges deduct karte hai
Never use paytm and soundbox
