Junk App no customer care. Paytm is junk app and no customer care. We at Shiva Realty and Katemodel consultants had been using it for. Yesterday we recharged mobile for 265. Today it blocked our account and there is no customer care. Better use phonepe and Gpay.

I am seriously dissappointed with their service. There is no help center to even recieve a call and let us complaint about any transaction. I am not going to use them ever and warn others that if you are still using it, continue at your own risk because they will never ever help you nor you will ever be able to get their contact detail. They know how to take money but don't know how to support customer. If not for the PM, they are illiterate in business and don't know how to extend customer support.

Hi everybody ,please Don't use paytm .why iam saying this because a big scam is happened to me ..on 26th of May I have ordered dryfruits in one website.My amount got Debited through paytm but after some time the page was unavailable.Nextday on 27th one of the paytm customer care Fraud called me and said we will Refund your money 587rs but its not true after half an hour I got a msg that 44000 rs Debited from my account immediately I have called the fraud it's not reachable.till iam trying so many times mobile is switched off...Worst paytm .I don't want to give 1 star also...

Worst experience for buying ipl tickets for tomorrow. Charged 647 rs. Extra as a conveyance fees for my tickets of 8000 rs. And still have to go personally to collect my ticket. I request them to refund my charges as i will go and write all bad reviews for it so that people get aware and will think twice before making any transaction

Not worth it.extremely poor.there are far better apps than this.

I'm a registered Paytm Business merchant . They've kept all my earnings of the month that i've earned by hardwork and they are not transferring it to my bank account. I've tried to reach them a lot of times, actually a whole month. I never received any answer , never received my money. I advice not to run your business with Paytm. Choose any company that you've never heard of before, but not Paytm.

Did two transactions on 25 Feb from bank Rupay card to client through Paytm
Neither fund transferred to my client nor returned back to my bank
Although recd SMS from Paytm that fund will return back to my bank but it doesn't so far.
Even repeated complaint to Paytm authority no action taken far

Highly unprofessional, All the people at the front desk(customer care nos.), don't know anything apart from 2-3 scripted lines. Everything is passed on to the so-called back-end team, which is unreachable and keeps on prolonging the matter for months.

They took the money from my wallet to pay for another service but then doesn't provide any way to open a dispute for the wallet payment. If I had used a normal bank/card payment instead of using PayTM, I would've been able to register a payment dispute. Also PayTM doesn't have any human support that you can talk to. If you have a problem, they always take the side of the business and you end up in loops of just talking to their useless chat bots.

u paytm is sooo bad working i have pay to uber from my hdfc account 300rs but u paytm has strick that amount he didnt send to uber and not refund mi that my amount i have complain in help line but west service from 5day this issue has come but no one has solwed that bad respond i dont like to use this bad paytm appp

Paytm deducted my money as convenience fee. I am not using payment for long.many times I complaint about transaction they raise ticket without solving issue they show my complaint has been solved. Ye madharchod bhosari ke ,tatton ke saudagar phone nhi uthate na hi koi account deactivate ka button de rakha hai.

Worst customer experience ever.. I have screen recording of me trying to reach a custome person and I have paid a call fee of 80 inr. paytm is supposed to be a middle man for payment but it's actually eating up money.. anyone using paytm thinks it's a good platform but when you try using it it's definitely a Worst way. Can't contact a customer rep number is chargeable ivr says 1 min I have screen recording for time spent and amount charged.. worse is not the word

Submitted all government-issued documents satisfactorily for my brand new web app/startup. Only to be told that our trust score on this site is very low. Well of course! ours is a brand new site on a brand new server, under live testing, we are not operational, and the trust score will be low at this point and there is nothing I can do. I reminded them, that since when having a high trust score on this site is a legal requirement for starting a business in India? But this unprofessional company said this is our company policy. Yeah right, then I sent them a link to their own score on Trustpilot, which is 2/5 - POOR! ha jokers!
Taking my business to Razorpay or Paypal. Paytm should stick to giving payment stickers and card machines to beggers on the streets...and yes work on improving your Trustpilot score you hypocrite company.
