Worstapp, never buy anything from it, they have no respobsibility to deliver it correctly and even its delivered there is high chance for it to be fake. I had ordered dome item thatnever received as i waited for months, also make sure you dont pay money cozz it happened for me that they said it is delivered but never received.

was good at first, but paytm no longer offers any decent amazon, bestbuy etc rewards...has been sold out for many months now

Good app to use, we do not need to carry money everywhere this app help us to transfer money on a simple click. It has all facility, you can pay your bills, book tickets, pay your loan emi etc.

Cons: Charges more interest if one transferring money from credit card to bank

I enjoy the offers in the app but customer support could be improved

Got 500 cashback on Flight Tickets. Though tickets got cancelled due to covid 19.

Worst customer service. Raised a issue with fast tag about duplicate deduction on Dec 26t along with supporting documents, but they have not been able to resolve it saying they don't have sufficient info. They don't even look at the ticket history. More than 8weeks now still the issue is unresolved. I have even sent an email to their escallatio team, they just don't care about the customer!

I suspect they game you.

After saving 10,000pts ($10 equivalent, which is a huge accomplishment), I suddenly noticed that all the 10,000 pts redemptions/rewards have dissappeared, now there are only 1000pts redemptions (low-value) or 25000pts redemptions... strange, like they were "gaming" me: presenting a motivation, and then changing the motivation once I reached the target. Too bad, because I actually wanted some of those 10,000pts, but now i see it was a waste of effort.

Even if the above is not true, I would still give it bad review because it really isn't worth the effort. And it didn't help me with my cash-flow. They took over 7-8 business days to pay my bills, in which time I could have better utilized my cash flow. Prepaying my bills 8 days ahead of schedule is not worth the 10cents of rewards.

Having said the above, they did pay my bills on the prescribed time. Not a fraudulent company. No issues with various credit cards and Questrade.

Did the payment on 2nd September 2019. Debited money from account but didn't get the beneficiary. Complained 24x7 help line of paytm. Got reply after 2 weeks from fu***ng paytm representative. I called after 70 days. Their administrative person named Priya promised me that the issue will be solved within 24 hours. Many many 24 hours passed. Still waiting for refund more than 75 days.

APP is good but worst customer care ever.
I have raised ticket to update my new number since i dont have access to my old number. Ticket is open since 40 days now but still they havent done update. They jsut keep asking multiple information.. Everytime its different person and he ask me same information. I'm fed up now to give same information again and again.
I'm not able to access my account and i have some wallet balance in it.. My be they want to take it thats why they dont want to give me my account back.
Pathetic customer care.

Only reason i want it back because my paytm money is linked to same account. I dont know what will happen to paytm money if my paytm accoun gets closed.

Paytm is Just a bunch of idi*ts, worst customer service ever, they book appointments for documents verification and never came on time or atleast same day, my first appointment was on 2nd and agent came for verification on 11th, then he said he have some issues with his mobile and left without verification and never came back.

Second time i booked appointment again on 16th and today is 23rd till now one is here..

if you cant do it on time why the hell did you book us slots, never showup and waste our time u di*kheads.

Worst of the worst, any question you ask they just reply with some predefined text u feel like you are speaking to a bot and they end the chat,

funny thing is that single predefined text will be completely irrelevant to what i have asked.

Just bunch of di*ckheads working for some bucks at the end of the month nobody cares about customer service or company reputation.

I feel it's a good app. I found many offers here. Nice

Why there is no option for 0 star? 😠

I dont have option to select less than 1 star. I am coming back to Paytm after a long time. Also I am out of India. So I dont maintain my India # which I used to register to signup Paytm. Now the issue is, When I am trying to login, eventhough i provide right password, it still sending a OTP to my mobile which I cannot get it as I dont have that Mobile # with me. I dont understand why they cant send the password to my email id. Also there is no way you can call customer care from other than the registered mobile #. One of the worst app with worst options I have ever seen. There is no user friendly in the options. I would not recommend to anyone.

Worst services i have ever been through just transferring your calls from 1 Department to another for 3 hours and no one says i am the concerned person and than after long harrasment they will put your call on hold and call ends at the end and this happen every time .
First and worst app for transfers and customer services they will never help you will just stall you from this dept to that ddept. Fedup with such poor servises .ill be happy without such worthless customer support and uninstall Paytm.

They take money for doing booking but provide zero responsibility or service if anything goes wrong.

I could not watch movie because of construction work going on in cinema.

The manager told me he will refund back via paytm as I have not booking via app.

The pagtm service denied to provide any such refund and I have lost 810 rupees.

So they make money out of bookings which we make but takes no effort to do any help.

Cheater and scam service if anything goes wrong.
