Today I saw one ideot thing on paytm app ,When i tried to book Tatkal train ticket from paytm app,When I fill my form after that I got a one pop up message that paytm tatkal time start after 15 min from IRCTC tatkal time .But we all aware about that all tatkal quota tickets will be finished within 5 min.Then after 15 when i tried to book ticket from paytm for tatkal ticket got already book..

Please Irctc not allowed for tatkal tickets on same time then please remove that option from your site ..

Paytm is good platform but not trust worthy because we have booked flight via Paytm and both the time of journey timing and day are changing at any time like one day before journey!!!! Worst experience ever @Paytm @SpiceJet

Please donot shop with Paytm Mall. Invoiced for one product and sent different product. Really wasting time for Replacement. They think we may just continue with the product but they donot know ours is hard earned money. Cheating the clients. I recommend all the users not to shop with Paytm Mall

I had a really bad experience trying to return a defective refrigerator. I was shuttled back and forth between customer care which provides you with only a messaging option, supplier and the manufacturer.

I am never going to buy again from them.

While i am writing this am still on hold with paytm customer care. They are not picking up for last 30 mins hence dnt trust paytm. Uninstall it ASAP!

Do not fall prey for paytm cashback offers. Its not easy to get the benefits. There are many conditions to avail. During diwali sale at Pantaloons I was lured for buying more apparels by the Sales guys for 1000 cash back. Later when going to paytm for availing the cashback the site says this coupon number is invalid here and told me this is available only on Paytm mall !! (at least it told me that..anyways.).  After installing paytm mall app ..I got msg that "no clubbing of items..meaning its available only on a single item". Then while searching for single item..it says "this item is not eligible" for most of the item. Finally i was fed up and given up. Feeling cheated..

Paytm is a Fraud and cheater company because i bought a Nokia phone. I had cancelled the order 29 November 2018 but i did not refund the amount till the time.(12-12- 2018). Customer executive not provide the satisfy answer. He do chatter.

Finally I got paytm customer service is very bad. I am highly unsatisfied.

paytm is worst and fraud. I purchased Canon 50mm 1.4 lens worth Rs.29000 from there (seller is JJ Mehta Mumbai) I received 50mm 1.8 worth Rs.8000. I have complained wrong item. paytm picked up wrong item assuring refund but they never refunded since 4 months.... have been calling paytm multiple times no help.'

I called JJ Mehta mumbai explaining the issue, no body seems careful. DO NOT BUY FROM FRAUD LIKE PAYTM.

I had a very bad experience from Paytm Customer Care Center. I have booked a jacket through paytm and the amount for the same was deducted from my account.They confirmed me it will be deliver as per ur request but 1 week gone given wrong tracking id and not able to deliver the product.then i asked for refund said refund request not processed due to international order.he is giving me reply from Fb messenger..
Very Very Bad experience.
i seriously felt that after taking my money they are asking me to get lost. money is not a big problem but respect and value for your customers matters..

I had a very bad experience from Paytm Customer Care Center. I have booked a train ticket through paytm and the amount for the same was deducted from my card. After 2 to 3 minutes i am getting a text message stating that your booking got failed. At the same time amount was already deducted from my account.

i called up customer care to enquire about the reason. The lady who attended the call was very rude, rough and was taking class for me. She was just insulting me. Very Very Bad Customer Service......
She gave her explanation and said that paytm do not have anything to do with and they don't have any responsibility. She also said that if you lost money that is because of your mistake and they don't have money with them, they have already refunded it seams.

Later when i was talking i was not getting any response from the other side and i was continuously saying hello !! but ...... after around a minute she replied that I'm listening to you.

i seriously felt that after taking my money they are asking me to get lost. money is not a big problem but respect and value for your customers matters a lot....

I would request Paytm to remove that lady from customer care services else you will loss more customers.

Very Bad Experience from Customer Care

Paytm you are doing frauds actually stealing money and even deleting the transaction details, cases and chats.

I did payment for vodaphone which was unsuccessful and the amount got deducted from paytm wallet. I was able to see the transaction in statement and even I raised case too but you guys didn’t refund the Money. And deleted all the details from app.

And this is same I thought about these wallet companies.

Never, Never ever book your flights with them. Their system is not reliable and has no validations. Their system apprehended my title as my surname and made a booking with incorrect name and on complaining they blamed me for this mistake. Though the e-ticket which I received from them clearly says that I entered my details correctly. They deny their mistake shamelessly. #AvoidPayTm #UnethicalCompany #Liars

Worst customer service experience out of all the marketplaces I have shopped through, so far.
They don't respect even their own words.
In one email, they commit to re-arrange an originally badly managed pick-up of an exchange device, and later on in the next email reply with T&C text.

Moreover, most of the products are of bad quality.

Very bad!! One should never use at least to book flights

Very bad service. I order &prepaid payment in my debit card .all processing complete to payment .at the support says payment failed.retry.i repayment process.and then says last transaction is proceed 4-5 hours.in this condtion 2-3time order is same item.
I orderd 3 items .I waiting my order .after a week I check my order.says you not accept delivery u r order is canceled.No body are not reached me or my address.says I cancell my order.coustmer care cont. No response.I mail paytm care.No benefit.

Worst call center they have if any issue occurred it will not be at all. I have been trying to reach their call center from past one month but not able to reach them their call center executives never picks the call I have waiting for refund on my cancelled order from past 45 days but no response from Paytm. Worst service

It is a fraud company with the worst customer service. My bus was cancelled without any prior information and they did not refund the amount of bus ticket Rs. 4000. I contacted continuously 4-5 times and they did not reply to a single message. You cannot even find your support case in the " open queries" section.

Very very poor service or customer care service and provide defective material. And also not resolve my refund problem or also add KYC problem for only their uses not support for customers. I m calling to paytm from last 4-5 days but no one response me.
