Absolute shambles and carpet still…
Absolute shambles and carpet still isn't complete after months. Can't fault the fitter but I just seem to keep having problems after problems. Will definitely not use again.

Peter was lovely
Peter was lovely! He came out to measure, I picked my carpets and put a deposit down. He explained how it all works, emailed all documents for me to read through and said I’d have a text with a fitting date. I had a fitting date that night for 4 weeks later. Today peter came to fit the carpet in my bedroom and stairs & landing and he’s done an amazing job! I’m absolutely made up with it and so is my hard to please partner😂 he was polite, professional and quick! Will definitely be a returning customer :) thank you!

Staff very helpful from the beginning
Staff very helpful from the beginning, had plenty of notice of fitting date and the carpet fitter rang me with an ETA early on in the day which gave me chance to do what I needed before he arrived

Changed fitting date twice
Changed fitting date twice. The last time was day before fitting was due. Very poor communication. Was told we may need a small join in carpet, the join is larger than expected, would rather have paid more for no join. We then might not have had to wait as long if the carpet was 4 m not 5m wide and would have had no join. Very disappointed this time
