Flooring
Flooring is fab but came this time with no beading and lack of enough planks to finish off .thankfully i had spares from a different order which went into the space my partner had to finish the rest off .other than that the guys did a great job with what they were given and even sorted out two areas from another job that i wasnt happy with .

Highly recommend
I was recommended this company by a friend and they didn’t disappoint. I had carpets and blinds fitted. The guys were great. The carpet fitted in just over 1 week and the blinds within 3.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, amazing quality carpet and underlay very happy, the self employed fitters went above and beyond absolutely love my new stairs and landing carpet.
The advisor Angie that helped me, was friendly and fantastic from start to finish with my order. Can’t wait to order my hallway vinyl.

Was expecting the floor to be delivered and installed, emptied all rooms ready & they didn’t book in my installation so im left with empty rooms and packs of flooring

Measured up for the carpet completely…
Measured up for the carpet completely wrong so have been left with LOADS of spare carpet and underlay so I was charged a lot more than I should’ve been my appointments were also cancelled 3 times I really do not recommend

Looking at your measuring sheet, it does not appear to have been measured wrong, rather your width was over 4 metres due to the shape of the room, so required a 5m width.
Took ages to come then fitter refused…
Took ages to come then fitter refused to fit it .. so had to wait even longer for delivery for them to then refuse to give me the carpet grippers and glue to put it down.

Hi Danielle,
Looking at the notes, the fitter was unable to use the lift as it was too small for the roll of carpet to fit in and he was unable to manage it up 7 floors alone. There was also an issue with the sub floor being cracked which needed to be rectified.
