One package did not arrive until two days after order. I paid for next day shipping. My boss however made me go pick up the cable at the FedEx office because it arrived 1 day late and the plant was closed that day. Not sure why two little cables were in separate shipments. Other that that the cables work fine and all else on this transaction was excellent.

Quick shipping and arrived via FedEx and had to sign for the delivery.

We bought a printer from this company brand new supposedly. We have had nothing but trouble with it. Second time it broke down we wanted our money back and they refused. Lousy customer service/policy. We do not intend on referring them to a friend or anyone else. Never buying from this company again.

The sales and customer service staff were outstanding. Adam, Lisa and Lia you made my purchase possible. I do not have the computer in my hands yet but I know that it was delivered and I will pick it up on Thursday 5th of Jul.

This company is useless, I bought a printer from them through Amazon. The printer's title did not specify it was black and white. I bought it thinking it was a color printer. When I opened the box, I realized it was black and white. I Never setup the printer; I didn't even remove the stickers or anything. I sent it back just as it came. I asked for a refund. When I got my refund this garbage of a company, reduced my refund by over $100!!! I called them to ask why such high penalty. They said it was for shipping and the only way to get some, not all of it, of that money back was to buy a replacement from them. I am not buying from them again. Stay away from this company.

I have asked for an RMA on my order 4 times and been told I would be sent a form or survey. I've received nothing.

Sadly, the unit would not power up, and so I'm getting a replacement directly from the manufacturer, but this was NOT the fault of PC Nation.
