Good inventory choices and very fast shipping. I received it several days earlier than expected.

I received a telephone call from a young man (in Chicago) clarifying if I was aware that the toner cartridges (that come with machine) are not "full" cartridges. He thinking that I had many people printing to the machine. After I explained our printing "load", he understood that I understood why he had called and that I was aware that I would need to be order cartridges soon. He was correct in that most people don't realize the toner cartridges are sample cartridges and not as full as the replacements would be. Thanks for checking, shows good customer service intentions by the company.

Communication is bad between the company and customer but overall it seems to be a good company i would consider shopping here again for my husbands graphic hardware

I was shipped the wrong part number/item. I called to get the correct part. Customer service told me i had to just return it. then they would credit it and i can then place an order for a a new one.
If you couldnt get the part number correct from the get go, how would i trust you again to reorder?

I will pass on this vendor. Never ordering again from them.

I found a great product on PC Nation's website, however I was fooled by the pictures posted. I was looking for a specific backpack which was depicted in the item listing online but I failed to look farther down in the fine print to see that it was a different model than the one that was pictured. The title of the listing was too vague to include the specific model as well so I thought I was getting the one I originally sought out for. The price was great though so all said and done the purchase was worth it. I would just say that PC Nation should do a better job of accurately describing and providing correct product pictures for their item listings.

First order went ok. They had to call and verify me - that was done quickly and the associate was very nice. Items said they were in stock and I chose expedited shipping. That's where things seemed to get shaky. I had to inquire as to where my order was - never got an actual reply, but finally got tracking # a week later (ordered 1/9, tracking e-mail 1/17, items arrived 1/18). So got the items, but communication could have been much better and 5 business days to ship seems excessive for in stock items.

The company was reliable because they sent the package by the due dates. They emailed me before sending the first package which was courteous but some may consider it inconvenient. I say overall reliability is most important criteria for business so I gave 5 stars
