Excellent service. I bought an Epiphone SG for £345 which is at the lower end of the scale but Peach treated it like a high-end guitar. It arrived in tune, perfectly set up with a set of D'addario 10's. My first time using Peach but I would defintely buy from them again. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased my second guitar from these folks and again, had a 5 star experience. Jeff was my main point of contact and made the whole experience of purchasing from abroad a breeze. Communication was A class and when the guitar arrived, it was absolutely perfect.

The best part was this was a now out of production guitar on back order and when Jeff heard what I was searching for, he helped set everything up, prioritise my order and desire for the guitar (a suhr mateus asato pink) and got it sorted in no time

Excellent experience when buying a guitar recently, I was shown to a room where i could play the guitars i wanted to choose from, no hard sell, just a good relaxed environment to make my choice. Upselling of the Blackstar mini was very smart, and to be fair, pushing on an open door. highly recommended, and excellent shop with great staff. George was exceptional.

Arranged to view an amplifier on Monday, agreed with the shop on Friday. On night before they sold the same amp through their website and only told me an hour before the scheduled viewing. Apparently this is their “usual way of doing business,” booking a viewing means nothing. Wasted time preparing, if you arrange to view a specific item here, be aware it guarantees nothing

Undoubtably the best Guitar Store in the UK. The Staff(Toby, Glen and Oliver) are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and focused on providing the very best advice and service. Their attention to detail ensuring every guitar leaves their possession in first rate condition is simply second to none. I have purchased three guitars from Peaches and found both their instruments and their communication to be superb. Every guitar has been set up perfectly and the delivery has always been exceptional. What is most impressive is the care and attention provided by all the staff making any dealings with Peaches a real pleasure. No other musical outlet can come close to this company and its staff consequently I have always returned and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended.

My experience with peach has been excellent. I bought a gibson LP CS with a beautiful handpicked top, all the way from Norway.
It was very well packed and the guitar arrived without any damage.

Stumbled across a used Ibanez bass guitar advertised on their website. Almost £500 less than a brand new bass. I took a chance and ordered it. Excellent communication and delivery. The guitar arrived and was absolutely mint. Could hardly believe it wasn't brand new. Thank you Peach guitars, you have made me very happy!!

For every business there will be times when things go wrong. For me it was a manufacturing fault on a guitar which Peach Guitars tried to rectify but without success. Immediately, they then offered a replacement and I was able to do this very quickly at short notice and with, what I really come to appreciate, a friendly, considerate and constructive approach. My thanks to the Peach team and especially to Dermot who enabled this on my visit yesterday. It’s when things go wrong that you find out if a business is really good or not.

The thing I love about Peach Guitars is that you see the photos of the actual guitar that you are buying online! My most recent purchase was outstanding. I originally ordered a wine red Epiphone Firebird online but was contacted by Oliver to tell me that there were some cosmetic problems with the guitar that I had ordered. Long story short, Oliver checked a number of guitars before finding a stunner in vintage sunburst and I paid the difference (and was given a very good price). I cannot speak highly enough of Oliver, his help and communication and customer service throughout the purchase process was outstanding! I am delighted with my purchase, the guitar is a stunner.

Ordered my second guitar from Peach. Was a preorder so had a few months wait, but communication was clear and responsive and was delivered to the time scale as promised. Emails were always responded to quickly. Communication was great re dispatch and they adjusted so I got it on a day that I chose. Guitar was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. What sets Peach apart is the setup, far better than many of the rival 'box shifters' - was asked what set up I wanted and the guitar came perfectly set up. I've used a few guitar retailers, Peach are comfortably the best I've used.

I’ve been following Peach Guitars for some time as I love their ethos of quality and service over aggressive pricing and wanted to buy my next guitar from them. I’d enquired previously about a couple of guitars but, despite their very quick and helpful responses I missed out on buying, when a guitar that I was very familiar with due to their YouTube channel became available as a used guitar. A couple of emails later, promptly responded to, my dream guitar became a reality. A 60’s Les Paul Standard in custom colour AAA flame Dirty Lemon finish. Absolutely stunning and I’ve never had a guitar arrive set up so well. Perfect intonation across the fretboard and plays like a dream. Cannot thank all the staff at Peach enough for making this dream a reality and living up to all expectations from initial enquiry to delivery. Would very much recommend

Well what can I say . I actually didn't know Peach guitar shop was even there!!
To my surprise the website was a great experience to, Especially when you choose a guitar that you liked when you scroll down there where more options to choose from slight differences in colour and wood grain. Which I thought was great.
When I arrived at the store I'd previously made an appointment for a certain time which I thought was a great idea.
I was greated by one of the staff who showed me to the assistant Glenn who was assigned to me . Which thought was really good.
The store was full of top quality guitar's and equipment, anything you could possibly think of was there!
The store was very clean and tidy. Glenn settled me in with a coffee and we went the the Gibson custom shop room where the guitar's I chose were there waiting for me .
He set me up with a couple of guitars to play and left me to it . Awesome 😎
When he came back I asked for two other specific guitars that I like and he went off and collected for me to test out . What a great service.😊
When I'd finished and chose the guitar that I wanted he packed it up and we done the sale .
Peach guitar's even done a great px deal of two bassesI brought in.
This is the way other shops should run there guitar store. Glenn also walked me to the door chatting away to me.

Purchased a lovely Gibson Jake Kiszka signature 61 SG and couldn’t be happier with the guitar,the set up, the customer service and support received.
For me personally they are the premium Guitar company to order from.
I’ve ordered lesser priced guitars before this one and always received the same professionalism -true mark of great customer service. I look forward to further purchasing in the future….maybe an amp? (Hmmmm 😉)
But I wholeheartedly recommend Peach Guitars to anyone who wants a great experience .

We purchased a maestro guitar effects pedal from peach guitars just over a year ago.
It started only working intermittently, so contacted peach to see what the options were.
As it was outside the year, it needed to be taken up directly with Gibson.
This is where Peach has separated itself from other companies.
They didn’t tell me I needed to chase Gibson up myself, which I’m sure they could have with warranty rules and regulations and small print. They said not a problem, we will contact them and sort this out for you.
Specifically, it was a guy called Oliver who works there who did all the chasing and just kept me in the loop.
He got everything sorted with them and I was offered a refund, or another pedal from another brand. He was so helpful, and funny, and if someone from Peach Guitars is reading this review, he’s truly a credit to your company.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

I went to peaches guitars on the 18/07/26 to get my self an Epiphone Inspired By Gibson Custom 1960 Les Paul Special Double Cut | TV Yellow.

This is a really nice guitar. Won’t get it till next weekend as it’s a birthday gift from my wife. I will write another review when I have had a proper chance to play it.

I just want to say, the guy that sold it to me was a really nice guy, offered me a drink. I have never been offer a drink I a music store.

The store has a really nice vibe and so many nice guitars on offer.

All the staff were really welcoming.
