My order has been lost in the mail. I have contacted Pen Wizard and haven't received any reply. I have contacted the courier who did reply but was not helpful at all. This was a Christmas present for my son. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Pen Wizard.

I ordered a ninjago book for my son's birthday. It was delivered and I put it aside. A few days ago I decided to skim through it and realized it was the correct cover but on a completely different book. I contacted them immediately and though they were willing to correct the mistake, the replacement book will not arrive on time.

Book looks amazing, arrived very quickly

I ordered book for my grandson Tucker Warner, and his last name was misspelled, I tried to correct it within minutes, but got no answer from you. Then I emailed your company 2 times to ask for help correcting his last name, and never got an answer back. We received book with 10 days, but it looks terrible with name wrong Warne, he noticed it right away, I felt so bad, I paid alot of money for incorrect name.

Plus - The configuring and ordering of the book was good
Minus - We ordered three books and when they came, two of them were correct and one was not ours (wrong name and book)
Plus - When I emailed, they quickly got me the correct book (faster than normal)
Minus - The books both times came in a small folder. The last book had two good size creases in it. Maybe use something better to send the books. They did offer to replace the last book.
