The change is noticeable!
I’m 78 and didn’t think my skin could change. I ordered a variety of serums and moisturizers and have been using them for 5 weeks. My skin was pretty good (for 78!) but after 5 weeks, the change is noticeable!

Absolutely hate your website. The product was on special for $69. My receipt is for $139. I have no idea how to rectify it. I used the code your email message gave me. I haven’t the foggiest idea how to use the award points, either, so have never even tried that.

I received wrong eye cream
I received wrong eye cream. I contacted customer service through the chat. Explain that I had gotten the wrong eye cream and wanted to exchange it for the correct one. I was informed that they do not do exchanges only returns of unused products. I didn’t even open the box. She gave me a link to go to to fill it out for the return. When I got through the process to print the label, they want to charge me $9.99 postage. Granted this is an eye cream that’s very small and if I wanted to just send it through USPS myself. It would cost about four dollars. But since I was sent the wrong one, it does not seem that I should be responsible to pay $10 postage.
I like the product. But it could be something as simple this to make someone not purchased your products anymore. I like Obaji products so I may just go back there and get an eye cream also Shiseido makes a very nice eye cream.
It was just mostly irritating.

Dear Perricone team,
Your product is excellent. I have been a member and used it for many years.
The only negative is the size of the package and the expense. I do "belong" to the club so that I might reap the benefits of points I earn when I place orders.
These points should never expire. Loyalty deserves to be rewarded.
I have not stopped purchasing from your company and you have not stopped recieving my money, thus, my points and rewards should not disappear either. Good customer service includes recognizing loyalty and allowing reward points to accrue over time while I continue making purchases.
Additionally, makeup and skincare companies that are located within department stores offer substantially large and significant free gifts at least once a year. Perricone would garner goodwill and strengthing customer relations by bestowing generous, attractive, and interesting free gifts comprable to those of the department store cosmetic lines.
I look forward to receiving my next order and adding reward points to my account.

Works for Me
I have always liked their products. I have used their products for about 5-6 yrs now. I was on the automatic shipment at one point but had to stop because of financial reasons. I am picking up items one by one as I can afford. The product speaks for themselves. I am complimented on how healthy my skin looks.
