Received a coupon for 25% of my first order. It didn’t work. I contacted you through a chat and after several attempts another coupon was mailed to me. This did not work as well. I was told customer service would contact me through an email, but they never did. I ordered the item I needed, but I will not order through you again

Don't honor offered discount codes
This is the second order that I have placed that did not honor the discount codes that I was offered via email. This is very disappointing as I specifically ordered when I received the 30% discount codes. When I contacted Customer Service they said that they couldn't adjust my payment/account. I love the product but tired of paying full price when I have been a loyal customer for years. Looking to go back to other products I have used with success.

I had a pretty bad experience given…
I had a pretty bad experience given they allow another company to use the logo, their name, their branding…
Even an employee of theirs told me that they don’t know how this company’s doing this and that they even have their contact information listed on their website. None of it makes sense to me. But the thing is they signed me up for a sub subscription which I did not want.
I had spent close to $1000 with them and I requested to speak to a manager to get this sorted to And to clarify everything and to this day six months later I still have not even had the decency of someone reaching out to me and contacted me after I spent $1000 with them. They are just another company that takes your money and doesn’t care.
